Elektriker weitergeben. Somit bekommt man keine Informationen und wird am Telefon beschimpft. Incompetent and extremely unfriendly. M	Megustus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um meine Wohnung zu kündigen, habe ich mich telefonisch über den Ablauf bei der im Haus angeschrieben HV Pigel erkundigt. Einfach eine E-Mail mit Scan schicken, easy. Selbstverständlich wurde von mir eine Eingangsbestätigung der Kündigung gewünscht. Natürlich wurde von der HV keine Bestätigung zugesandt. Erst nach wiederholten Anrufen ins Leere und dem mehrmaligen Senden der Kündigung bekam ich am letzten Werktag des Monats, einem Freitag um 11:30 eine Antwort: "Sie sind bei uns nicht als Mieter eingetragen, setzen sie sich direkt mit ihrem Vermieter in Verbindung." - Natürlich ohne jeglicher Kontaktdaten um den Vermieter zu kontaktieren. Whaaat? Monatsende, Freitag 11:30, vielen Dank liebe HV Pigel! Wegen eurer Administration ist meine Kündigung in Verzug,... Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund werden hier nicht gern gesehen, abgewiesen ohne jegliche Begründung. Worst property management company in Vienna! Extremely unfriendly staff - hardly to be reached, neither by phone nor by email. People with a migration background are not welcomed here, turned away without any justification.

Mängelliste wird nicht bearbeitet, z.B. defekte Beleuchtungen, defekte Türen und Türschlösser, massiv verschmutztes Kellerabteil, ständiger Baulärm uvm. werde Rechtsbeistand konsultieren. kann die Kritik von anderen Mietern bestätigen! M	Magdalena Summer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keinesfalls weiterzuempfehlen! - Wohnungsübernahme lief gut, Wohnungsabgabe jedoch ganz im Gegenteil. Versprechungen über Kaution-Rückerstattung wurden nicht eingehalten, erst nach vielfachem Hinterhertelefonieren und Nicht-Locker-Lassen haben wir die Kaution endlich zurückerstattet bekommen. Stromzahlungen mussten zusätzlich gezahlt werden, da hier auch wieder leere Versprechungen gemacht wurden. Wurden dabei mehrfach angelogen, ignoriert und äußerst unfreundlich behandelt! Kostete etliche Nerven und lange Zeit bis wir unter dieses Kapitel einen Schlussstrich ziehen konnten!
