Service n staff were outstanding . Excellent food n beverages. The Penthouse suite was spacious and comfortable. Large screen TVs in bedroom , living room n bathroom . Wrap around balcony with a direct view of the ski slopes and gondolas. Heated swimming pool on the 7th floor to exercise . Be prepared to pay a pretty penny ...it's on the expensive side . But the owners Mirriam n Marcus are very gracious and hands on ...went out of their way to make our family Holiday a great experience.

It was an unparalleled experience staying at Elizabeth Arthotel for skiing in Ischgl. Warm atmosphere of small boutique hotel created by Mirjam makes unforgettable memories of that beautiful and stylish place. Absolutely stunning dinners and a wine list don't make you go outside after an intense day on slopes. Spa and massage area on the top floor complement the feeling of luxury and comfort.

5 Star Top class ski hotel, if your going to Ischgl then this is the classiest and best located of them all. The resort has no hardly any blue and no green runs, it covers a huge area, skiing into Switzerland is a must but the route down from mountain to the hotel entrance is not for the inexperienced.

Best Hotel in Ischgl by far!! Important MUST-READS for first-timers (if you know ischgl, skip my review or scroll down for some photos): 1. The hotel faces the Paradatschgrat lift which takes you straight up to the first "Ischgl - Sign", major slopes and the Pardorama restaurant for amazing lunch views. 2. 20metres down the road is the second lift Fimbal which takes you to the Idalp restaurant and major slopes (especially many blue ones if you are a beginner!) 3. Schatzi bar is the apreski bar of the hotel with the most vibes, although we visited during restriction times, and had police visits to make sure everyone was seated, it has got a crazy bar team (big thanks to Marek&Steffi) and fab music&pizza! 4. Its got its own ski-hire, ski-room, ski-shuttle bus, you name it, they've got it 5. Pool with a view!! There are only a handful of hotels with pools and only a less handful of them who have a view (many of them are outside) but Elizabeth's hotel pool got by far the best! 6. Half-board in any other country means brekki and a plain dinner. Half-board at Elizabeth's Hotel means brekki buffet and a 6-course gourmet meal, every night of your stay. Yes, you heard it. 7. It is, however, a good 15-20min walk through the "Dorftunnel" to get to the main Ischgl town, if you did want to visit any of the other good apre ski venues like the Kuhstall or Trofana Alm. NOW to the hotel itself, I suppose all the photos are pretty self-explanatory, but what made this hotel extra special was its fantastic team and the owners. Claudia at front desk made us feel welcome from the first phone call and even upgraded us into the penthouse as it was our birthdays. Vanessa was ever so helpful with booking our extra-curricular activities and even the owners Mirijam and Markus came everyday to come greet us! If you can book the penthouse, please do! It's a Not-to-miss suite with fab views and all amenities (and even comes with its own dyson airwrap) if not, every other room are equally as nice and well equipped! Shame that Ischgl was hit hard by all the covid regulations but we will be returning and staying here again! Highly, highly recommended to anyone who wants the "whole Ischgl-experience"! Thumbs up!!

ABSOLUTELY WOW. My wife and I feel very privileged to have stayed at the Elizabeth Art Hotel for 2 weeks in January 2022. We really cannot begin to explain how exceptional, amazing, and flawless the entire experience has been from the welcome greeting the moment we walked through the door to the moment we very reluctantly bade farewell. My wife and I have stayed in some excellent first-class prestigious hotels all over the world, but we can say, without any doubt the Elizabeth Art Hotel has been the best in every single way. From the exceptional customer service that was consistently delivered with genuine passion by every member of the team, to the exquisite attention to detail given to every square inch of the hotel. The hotel is not only uber chic in every aspect, but also presents a unique warmth that simply cannot be bought! The staff are all simply fabulous and nothing was ever too much trouble. The cuisine was infinitely and consistently better than many Michelin star restaurants my wife and I have experienced. The housekeeping and cleanliness of the entire hotel was impeccable, literally to “white glove” standard and the ‘turn down’ touches delightful. The Spa was just incredible and everything one could wish for after a day on the slopes. The massages were simply to die for. Miriam and her staff have a first-class, exceptional, and flawless winning formula for delivering excellent and outstanding service which just ‘happens’ every day effortlessly at the Elizabeth Art Hotel. Thank you to you all.
