Staff is partly arrogant. The prices much too high for average srandard.
The food/dinner meals are very, very small and of sumple taste. Salad bar is a joke.
The rooms are no 4 star standard.
In all it is an average hotel, merely 3 star standard, for this too expansive.
I can't agree. This is no 4 star standard. There are much better hotels with better food in ischgl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel. Rooms left something to be desired but location to lifts and nightlife better than expected. Dinner was a 4 course meal. Breakfast better than the usual continental breakfast. Would recommend for and skiing holiday

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I visited Ischgl this month for a week of skiing. We had never been skiing in Austria before and what an amazing experience it was! Hotel Alpina was definitely a highlight of the trip. Just a 3 minute walk to the main lift, ski hire shops and bars and restaurants of Ischgl. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has beautiful decor and the rooms are nice and spacious with plenty of storage. There is a lovely spa are with views of the mountains and relaxing environment. The food was some of the best food I have eaten on holiday - every day was a delicious perfectly put together 4 course meal. I don’t often write reviews but this hotel was so outstanding I cannot recommend it enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has a fantastic atmosphere. Friendly staff and in a perfect distance from the lift. The price is super compared to the quality that you get. Especially the evening dinner is fantastic. You can even combine it with some very nice wines from Austria (and foreign)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Ischgl and stayed at Hotel Alpina with my girlfriend for 9 days, and it was an amazing experience. We were welcomed with open arms by the sweet staff of the reception and showed to our lovely room. There was a smart and fantastic ski/snowboard room with a private locker for our equipment. The renting place and lifts were within a close walking distance to the hotel and there was also a nice relaxing zone at the hotel with several different saunas to relax after a day of skiing/snowboarding. Final, the food, both at breakfast and dinner, was amazing containing 5 dishes at dinner with lovely chefs and waiters/waitresses who got to know you and your specific needs. The food tasted fantastic and the hotel was overall just amazing to stay at. A huge recommendation from us in Denmark.
