Hier wird man selbst als Stammkunde falsch beraten, bessere Angebote findet man zufällig nachträglich. Keine Einsicht oder Kulanz. Geschäftsleitung ist präpotent und unfreundlich. Schämt euch! Nie wieder Magneta!
Here, even as a regular customer, you get wrong advice, better offers can be found later by chance. No insight or goodwill. Management is prepotent and unfriendly. Shame on you! Magneta never again!

Leider musste ich heute einen sehr schlechten Service erleben. So eine freche und unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin habe ich noch nie getroffen.
Unfortunately I had to experience a very bad service today. I have never met such a rude and unfriendly employee.

Mitarbeiterin sehr unhöflich. Wollte eigentlich die Verträge meiner Familie verlängern lassen und jeder kann einmal einen schlechten Tag haben aber sowas wie heute habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Kundenservice nicht vorhanden. 15 Jahre Treue bedeuten heutzutage nichts mehr. Danke!
Employee very rude. I actually wanted to have my family's contracts extended and everyone can have a bad day but I've never experienced anything like today. Customer service not available. 15 years of loyalty mean nothing these days. Thanks!

First, I will say that most of the people who work here (I've interacted with about 5) are fairly nice and speak English well. This was helpful for me as an expat living here. The quality of customer service provided is VERY poor. I had a t-mobile SIM card and month-by-month pre-paid plan (not a contract since I won't be here for 2+ years) and went to the store to have them help me understand how it works when it was time to renew or "top up" after the first month ran out. I purchased a "gutschein" (credit basically) for the next month and asked when I could apply it to my account- if I needed to wait until the first month was completely over or if i could add it a few days earlier so I don't have a lapse in service. I was told I could just add it then (a few days early) and there would be no issue. So, i did this, and sure enough a few days later I got a text message telling me I didn't have any more credit on my account (15 Euros down the drain... and actually i also did this for my husband's so it was 30 Euros). When I came back to ask them about this they said there's nothing they can do and that they're sorry if they gave me misinformation but it's out of their control. I asked if I could speak with a manager and they said none were available. I came back three times and this was the response each time. I also called T-Mobile 2 different times regarding this and no one seemed interested in helping me. The plan also is not very good compared to the competition. You can't use the data outside of Austria... I soon found out many of the competitors do allow you to use the data (at least some of it if not all) when traveling to other European countries. Needless to say after this terrible customer service experience I went with another company (Hofer). Stay away from T-Mobile in Austria. It's such as shame since they are known for having pretty good customer service in the US.

The worst internet ever ,i have a 2 year contract withe the most expensive download speed avalible,300/150, and at every hour in day lr night i don't pass 6 mb download on test , i watch yt on 240p and is buffering , 2019 and day blame a f. Rain...

The people in the store are super helpful. Great customer service. But I am SICK of not being able to call. It just goes through robots, there’s no option to talk to a real person. Finding a phone number that goes to a real person online is IMPOSSIBLE. I’m sick of it. Seriously. What’s so hard about picking up the phone? Edit: they say we can reach them at that phone number…not true. It’s a recording the whole time. I’ve pressed so many combinations of buttons which just leads to more recordings.
