Man möchte die regionale Wirtschaft unterstützen und nicht bei dem amerikanischen Riesen bestellen, aber bei dem Service wird man förmlich dort hin getrieben. Ein Artikel war laut Website lagernd, nach meiner Bestellung hörte ich nichts. 2 Anrufe, bei denen mir Rückrufe versprochen wurden, die nicht erfolgten. Beim 3. Anruf sagte mir eine Dame, dass der Artikel nicht mehr bestellbar ist. Ich habe nun Aufwand, den Küchenhersteller zu informieren, dass sich das Einbaugerät ändert und somit auch der Schrank geändert werden muss. Very disappointing! You want to support the local economy and not order from the American giant, but the service drives you there. According to the website, an item was in stock, after my order I heard nothing. 2 calls where I was promised a call back which didn't happen. On the 3rd call, a lady told me that the item could no longer be ordered. I now have effort to inform the kitchen manufacturer that the built-in appliance is changing and that the cabinet must therefore also be changed.

Dann kam mir schon der ältere unhöfliche Mitarbeiter mit schwachen Haar und Brille entgegen. Anstatt mich (wie es in einem professionellen Kundenservice so üblich ist) mich zu begrüßen fragte er mir mich mit einem bösen Ton ob ich einen 2G Nachweis besitze. Diese konnte ich ihn vorlegen. Dieser bestand aus einer einmaligen Impfung mit einem zugelassenen Impfstoff und einem Nachweis einer Covid-19 Infektion durch einen positiven PCR-Test (mindestens 21 Tage vor der Impfung). Der Herr hatte anscheinend sich schlecht informiert, seine Hausaufgaben nicht erledigt und schmiss mich aus der Filiale, weil dies in seiner Welt kein gültiger 2G Nachweis ist. Ich war sehr verärgert, wie der Herr boshaft und schlecht mit seinen Kunden umgegangen ist. Mit seiner hektischen und unfreundlichen Art wird er wahrscheinlich nicht viel weiter kommen. Ich bin der letzte der negative Rezessionen verfasst, aber dieses Szenario muss ich hier dokumentieren. Jedenfalls würde ich den Besuch in dieser Filiale mit diesem Mitarbeiter meiden. PS: Die Waschmaschine und den Trockner habe ich jedenfalls wo anders erworben. On Tuesday, February 8th, 2022, I visited this branch to buy a washing machine. Then the older rude employee with weak hair and glasses came towards me. Instead of greeting me (as is customary in a professional customer service) he asked me in a nasty tone if I had a 2G certificate. I could show him this. This consisted of a one-off vaccination with an approved vaccine and proof of a Covid-19 infection by a positive PCR test (at least 21 days before vaccination). Apparently the gentleman had informed himself badly, didn't do his homework and threw me out of the branch because in his world this is not a valid 2G proof. I was very upset at how the gentleman was spiteful and bad with his customers. With his hectic and unfriendly nature, he probably won't get much further. I'm the last to write negative recessions, but I have to document that scenario here. In any case, I would avoid visiting this branch with this employee. PS: I bought the washing machine and dryer somewhere else.
S	Stefan Nitsche on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Geschäft sind einige Mitarbeiter, wirklich um den Kunden kümmern tun sich genau 2 Herren, die Damen drücken irgendwas beim Bankomat herum sobald ein Kunde herein kommt. Somit muss man mit Wartezeit rechnen bis sich jemand bereit erklärt sich um den Kunden zu kümmern. Worauf man ebenfalls achten muss: wer online bestellt zur Abholung muss trotzdem 2G sein, das erfährt man aber erst nach der Bestellung, ergibt auch 0 Sinn. Einzig positiv sind die niedrigen Preise. Wirkliche Beratung und Auswahl darf man sich in den Filialen nicht erhoffen, die Mitarbeiter haben wenig Ahnung und verweisen dauernd auf den Onlineshop, ausgestellt sind auch nur wenige Geräte, so wäre es für das Unternehmen eigentlich lukrativer ganz auf die Filialen zu verzichten und nur mehr die Lager zur Abholung zu betreiben, denn der aktuell in den Filialen gebotene "Service" ist unter jeder Sau... m	milian kurt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe ein Produkt bestellt und per Email wird mir eine Lieferzeit von 2 Wochen in Aussicht gestellt. Jetzt sind 4 Wochen vergangen und ich habe erneut einen Liefertermin erbeten, prompt kam als Antwort dass mir kein Liefertermin genannt werden kann. Habe jetzt selbst beim Hersteller direkt nachgefragt welcher mir sagte dass es min. weiter 5 Wochen dauern wird. Aus 2 Wochen werden also mindestens 9 Wochen.... Bin nicht sehr begeistert. I ordered a product and was told a delivery time of 2 weeks by email. Now 4 weeks have passed and I asked for a delivery date again, the immediate reply was that I could not be given a delivery date. I asked the manufacturer directly myself, who told me that it would take at least another 5 weeks. So 2 weeks becomes at least 9 weeks.... I'm not very excited.
D	Daniel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wirklich eine Frechheit, abgesehen davon das unser Produkt ein Verbindungselement für Waschmaschine und Trockner bereits geöffnet war, kam noch dazu, dass es wohl amscheind auch schon mal in Benutzung war, Teile haben gefehlt, die Bedingungsanleitung komplett zerfledert und das ganze auch noch 10 Euro teurer als bei Amazon und Co. Hab das Produkt nur dort gekauft um den Handel in der momentanen Zeit zu unterstützen und das hat man davon. Personal war auch nicht sonderlich kompetent, hab satte 30 Minuten gewartet bis man uns sagen konnte welches Verbindungselement wir benötigen bezüglich der Größe, bei allem was recht ist aber dafür geh ich nicht in den Fachhandel. Abschließend, muss ich wirklich sagen ich bin sehr enttäuscht und dieses Geschäft hat somit einen Kunden verloren, anscheinend hat man es ja nicht nötig den Kunden gute Qualität zu bieten. Finally, I really have to say I am very disappointed and this business has lost a customer, apparently there is no need to offer customers good quality.
