Wolle mir wirklich ein Moped kaufen und nur die Testfahrt machen. Werde ich aber jetzt vermutlich woanders. Schade... Unfortunately appointment made and none appeared. Business exists in warehouse, no entrance, no bell and no one answers by phone. I really want to buy a moped and just do the test drive. But I will probably be somewhere else now. What a shame...

Der Preis war im Vergleich zu anderen eMopeds damals, viel günstiger und die Leistung viel Höher. Ein ideale Gefährt für die Großstadt. Mein einziges Problem dabei war, die Distanz. Da ich in Wien-Umgebung wohne, hatte ich immer Angst gehabt am Weg nach Hause steckenzubleiben. Jetzt habe ich mir den zweiten Akku-Satz geholt und bin weit über 120km pro Ladung unterwegs. Besten Dank für die guten Beratung und Service! Fazit: Gleich beim Kauf, holt Euch den zweiten Akku-Satz. Since the end of summer 2018 I am in possession of a HAWK e-moped. So far, I drove almost 2600km and have only good things to report. The price was in comparison to other e-mopeds at that time, much cheaper and the performance much higher. An ideal vehicle for the big city. My only problem with that was the distance. Since I live in Vienna, I was always afraid to get stuck on the way home. Now I've got the second battery pack and am well over 120km per charge on the way. Thank you for the good advice and service! Conclusion: Immediately when buying, get you the second battery pack.

Der Verkäufer ist immer sehr nett, hat immer sofort geantwortet und hat auch nach dem Verkauf bei förderungs- und technischen Fragen sofort und geduldig geantwortet und auskunft gegeben. Ich kann die Firma sehr weiter empfehlen. Seit Sommer 2020 betreiben wir die Hawk fast täglich ausser im Winter. Mit einem Akku komme ich ca.25km und fahre mit ca.100kg auch bergauf. Als Stadtfahrzeug ist das E- Bike wirklich supper. We bought 2 hawk and had a lot of questions. The seller is always very nice, always replied immediately and, even after the sale, answered and provided information immediately and patiently on funding and technical questions. I can highly recommend the company. Since summer 2020 we have been operating the Hawk almost every day except in winter. With one battery I can travel about 25km and ride uphill with about 100kg. As a city vehicle, the e-bike is really great.
