T	T R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig, sauber und gemütlich, es hat nichts gefehlt! Die Betten waren sehr bequem, es war ruhig und die öffentliche Anbindung in die Innenstadt von Wien war unkompliziert. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und stand für Fragen/Anliegen zur Verfügung. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder einchecken! The apartment was very spacious, clean and cozy, nothing was missing! The beds were very comfortable, it was quiet and the public connection to downtown Vienna was straightforward. The hostess gave us a very warm welcome and was available for questions / concerns. We would check in there again anytime!
e	enrico palazzo 86 GER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr ruhige Lage, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man dennoch schnell im Stadtzentrum (Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, weitere Haltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe, Bus verkehrt bis in die Nacht im Viertelstundentakt, U-Bahn-Station ca. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt). Zimmer unter dem Dach mit Klimaanlage - Fenster lässt sich daher nur wenige cm öffnen (kleines Vorhängeschloss). Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, Vermieterin sehr freundlich und mit einem offenen Ohr bei Anregungen oder Wünschen (unser Problem mit dem Wasserkocher wurde umgehend gelöst). Wunderschöner Garten mit Hollywoodschaukel und hauseigener Schmusekatze. Aufenthalt August 2019 Very quiet location, with public transport you can still be in the city center quickly (bus stop in front of the door, further stops in the immediate vicinity, bus runs every quarter of an hour, subway station approx. 10 minutes away on foot). Room under the roof with air conditioning - the window can therefore only be opened a few cm (small padlock). Apartment is well equipped, landlady very friendly and with an open ear for suggestions or requests (our problem with the kettle was solved immediately). Wonderful garden with a porch swing and our own cuddly cat. Stayed August 2019
I	Ivica Horvat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vrlo lijep i uredan studio sa svim što je potrebno za ugodan boravak.U neposrednij blizini su trgovine Billa i Hofer.Pred kučom je autobusna stanica pa se može vrlo brzo do metro stanice Simmering.Tko voli prošetati ulicom Hasenleitengasse u kojoj je drvored stiže vrlo brzo ka istom cilju.Odnos uloženo-dobiveno je za 5*** pogotovo kad tome dodam jeftin parking.Ovo je bio moj šesti posjet Beču, a sedmi posjet če biti sasma sigurno opet u Domizil in Wien. Puno najsrdačnijih pozdrava gospođi Trinkler! Very nice and tidy studio with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Nearby are shops Billa and Hofer. In front of the house is a bus stop so you can very quickly get to the metro station Simmering. towards the same goal.The ratio invested-obtained is for 5 *** especially when I add to that cheap parking.This was my sixth visit to Vienna, and the seventh visit will be quite certainly again in Domizil in Wien. I was not even allowed to have guests in my room, the place was dirty (dishes left unclean etc) and the internet did not work at all. The house owner is also very disrespectful, except if you have no choices avoid this place by any cost. CZ Note: I got thrown out of the apartment the day after writing this message :(

It's ideal for travelers with a car, because we had free parking in front of the house. Simmering is very quiet neighborhood. It has very good transport connection. The bus stop is just on the corner and with 3 minutes ride you are on the metro station. . We are hoping to come back at the same host.
