A	Amila Skopljak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Display meines Handys hatte violette Flecken, sie haben es in diesem Laden getauscht und nach zwei Wochen sind die Flecken wieder aufgetaucht, ohne dass das Telefon heruntergefallen ist oder das etwas passiert ist. Obwohl in der Rechnung angegeben ist, dass die Garantie 6 Monate beträgt, wollten sie den Mangel nicht beheben. Sie behaupteten, dass es von selbst nicht aufgetreten sein konnte und wollten nicht einmal auf das Telefon schauen... My phone screen had purple spots, they replaced it at this store and after 2 weeks the spots came back with no phone drop or anything happened. Even though the invoice says the warranty is 6 months, they didn't want to fix the defect. They claimed it couldn't have happened by itself and didn't even want to look at the phone...

Freundlicher und kompetenter Mitarbeiter der uns auch noch Tipps zum Laden gegeben hat. Durch seinen Hinweis auf den Reparaturfonds n Wien haben wir uns auch noch die Hälfte vom Preis erspart. Können wir somit nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. We had a problem with the cell phone battery. The battery was swapped for a good price in less than an hour. Friendly and competent employee who also gave us tips on loading. By referring to the repair fund in Vienna, we also saved half the price. We can therefore only recommend and would be happy to come back.

Wartezeit auf Ersatzteile wegen Lieferschwierigkeiten und Personalengpässen sind der bekannten Situation geschuldet. Trotzdem hat alles zum vereinbarten Termin geklappt. Diesen Shop empfehle ich!
