We were told that the Magenta system dies not work, come back tomorrow. We did, told what we want, the (bored) girl was zikk-zakking with the mouse, and after two minutes told that the system does not allow to add a sim. She did not try hard, did not care when we suggested that we will go to the competitor next door. Maybe because it was 16:30, the shop closes at 17:00. Unacceptable service!
