★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach Onlinebestellung stand ich trotz angepriesener Abholmöglichkeit zu den auf der Homepage angegebenen Abholzeiten vor verschlossener Türe (nach 75min. Anfahrt - oneway). Mein Versuch, telefonisch über die auf der Homepage angegebenen Telefonnummer jemanden zu erreichen, scheiterte.
After ordering online, despite the advertised pick-up option, I was standing in front of the locked door at the pick-up times specified on the homepage (after 75 minutes. One-way trip). My attempt to reach someone by phone using the phone number given on the homepage failed.

Habe bei Electromax eine Bosch Tischkreissäge bestellt - leider hatte ich das falsche Modell erwischt und musste somit die ursprüngliche Bestellung stornieren (war noch am selben Tag) - dies war kein Problem und habe sogar sofort die paypal Zahlung zurück bekommen. Hab dann nochmals die "richtige" Kreissäge bestellt und diese wurde sogar schon am nächsten Tag geliefert - schneller gehts nicht!

I ordered a Bosch table saw from Electromax - unfortunately I got the wrong model and therefore had to cancel the original order (was the same day) - this was not a problem and even got the paypal payment back immediately. Then I ordered the "right" circular saw again and it was even delivered the next day - it couldn't be faster!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NIE WIEDER! €70 Lieferung für einen Kühlschrank innerhalb Österreichs und trotzdem wird der Kühlschrank zur Wohnung nicht getragen sondern bis zur Bordsteinkante. Absolute Frechheit. Und dazu ein sehr arroganter Lieferfahrer. Sogar OTTO ist Kundenfreundlicher.
NEVER AGAIN! € 70 delivery for a refrigerator within Austria and nevertheless the refrigerator is not carried to the apartment but to the curb. Absolute cheek. And a very arrogant delivery driver. Even OTTO is more customer-friendly.

Bad customer service, received a device that does not work properly, Electromax cannot take it back, revocation is rejected. Zero stars! Thought I'd rather buy from a local provider instead of 40 € cheaper on the net somewhere. Retracted twice ... Thanks Electromax
