Ganz spontan und trotz vieler Termine wurde unser Anliegen ernst genommen und unser Problem zügig und fachgerecht behoben. Sehr freundlich, kundenorientiert und zuverlässig.

Hier werden nur notwendige und besprochene Reparaturen zu günstigen Preisen durchgeführt und man fühlt sich als technisch versierter Kunde und Selbermacher vom Fachmann bestens unterstützt.
The best car repair shop in Saalfelden! The boss personally takes time to talk at eye level and clearly explains all the questions. Here only necessary and discussed repairs are carried out at reasonable prices and you feel as a technically savvy customer and do-it-yourselfers supported by the expert.

Eine Woche vor Urlaubsende hatte ich an meinem Auto einen ziemlich großen Blechschaden. Das bedeutete, Teile mussten bestellt werden, ein Gutachter musste kommen, usw.
Um alles hat Rudi ( und seine Mannschaft ) sich gekümmert und er hat es geschafft, bis zum Tag meiner Rückreise alles zu reparieren. Wenn man bedenkt, das er nur 5 Tage Zeit hatte alles wieder hin zu bekommen.
War so froh, das alles so gut geklappt hat.
Sehr gute Professionelle Arbeit !!!
Gewaschen und super sauber ( auch von innen ) bekam ich mein Auto pünktlich zurück und konnte die Heimreise antreten.
Nochmals, vielen Dank für alles.
This workshop was a salvation for me in dire need.
A week before the end of my vacation, my car was damaged quite a bit. That meant parts had to be ordered, an appraiser had to come, etc.
Rudi (and his team) took care of everything and he managed to fix everything by the day I traveled back home. When you consider that he only had 5 days to get everything back.
I was so happy that everything went so well.
Very good professional work !!!
Washed and super clean (including the inside), I got my car back on time and was able to start my journey home.
Again, thank you very much for everything.

Auch als bei einem Termin zum Reifen wechseln festgestellt wurde, dass eine Feder gebrochen war, haben Rudi und sein Team kurzfristig ein Ersatzteil organisiert und das Auto repariert. Zudem wurde immer gefragt, ob ich einen Leihwagen brauche. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

When it was discovered during an appointment to change tires that a spring was broken, Rudi and his team organized a spare part at short notice and repaired the car. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were on vacation in Austria when someone hit our car while trying to leave a parking spot. The back-right got scratches and dents all over. Filled out a form with the other party and went to KARO AS where they were very kind and helpful. They arranged everything with the other party's insurance company for us, kept us updated about the progress and called us when the car was ready.
When we picked up our car it looked as if nothing ever happened, it even got polished and cleaned on as well the outside as the inside. While our car was at the shop we got a replacement car. All in all very good and kind service. Whether you live in Austria or are on vacation there, if anything happens to your car (scratches, dents, etc.), go to KARO AS, I strongly recommend them.
