My dishwasher stopped working. Willi very courteously described over the phone to a non-technician like me, clearly and easily understandable, how I could repair a possible damage, which I succeeded. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vom ersten telefonischen Kontakt (bei dem mir gesagt wurde, dass sich eine Reparatur meiner 15 Jahre alten Maschine nicht unbedingt lohnt) bis zur Lieferung der neuen Waschmaschine vergingen nicht einmal 24 h. Super Service, super Beratung, bin absolut zufrieden. Jederzeit gerne wieder!!
It took less than 24 hours from the first telephone contact (when I was told that my 15-year-old machine was not worth repairing) to the delivery of the new washing machine. Great service, great advice, I am absolutely satisfied. Again any time!!

The problem with my refrigerator was discussed on the phone, Willi immediately knew what was missing. Ordered the replacement part and quickly installed it. In the meantime I got a loaner.
