Ich habe im Dezember eine Wasserarmatur um satte 650€ bestellt und habe diese erst nach 3 Monaten genauer betrachtet, da ich die Armatur aufgrund eines Umbaus erst jetzt benötigt hätte. Leider ist mir bei der Betrachtung der Verpackung aufgefallen, dass versehentlich die falsche Farbe der Armatur bestellt wurde. Obwohl die Armatur noch original verpackt ist, und der Hersteller der Armatur diese sogar zurück nehmen würde, weigert sich Bädermaxx, die Armatur umzutauschen. Sowas ist in meinen Augen eine bodenlose Frechheit und zeigt, wie wenig Bädermaxx auf Kundenservice Wert legt. Der Kundendienst von Bädermaxx hat dann noch einen drauf gesetzt, als sie via email meinten, dass sie die Armatur nicht umtauschen aber ich kann ja einfach noch einmal eine neue Armatur um 650€ bestellen und als Dankeschön erhalte ich einen 2% Gutschein - das wäre ja eine Ersparnis von 13€ ... wirklich großzügig würde ich sagen ;)
Aufgrund meiner Erfahrung mit Bädermaxx RATE jedem DAVON AB, bei dieser Firma etwas zu bestellen.

I ordered a water fitting for a whopping €650 in December and only took a closer look at it after 3 months because I only needed the fitting now due to a renovation. Unfortunately, when looking at the packaging, I noticed that the wrong color of the faucet was ordered by mistake. Although the faucet is still in its original packaging and the manufacturer of the faucet would even take it back, Baedermaxx refuses to exchange the faucet. In my opinion, something like this is a bottomless cheek and shows how little Baedermaxx values customer service. The customer service from Baedermaxx then went one better when they said via email that they would not exchange the fitting, but I can simply order a new fitting again for €650 and as a thank you I will receive a 2% voucher - that would be yes a saving of 13€ ... really generous I would say ;)
Based on my experience with Baedermaxx, I would advise everyone NOT to order anything from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben über diesen Shop Ware bestellt, welche nach langer Wartezeit auch ankamen.
Als diese Ware dann da war mussten wir leider feststellen, dass die Ware defekt war und haben versucht diese enstsprechend zu Reklamieren. Nun müssen wir die Versandkosten für die Rücksendung selber tragen obwohl wir Bilder, auf denen der Defekt zu sehen ist hingeschickt haben.
Das ist kein guter Kundeservice.
We ordered goods through this shop, which arrived after a long wait.
When these goods were there we unfortunately had to find out that the goods were defective and tried to complain accordingly. Now we have to bear the shipping costs for the return ourselves, although we have sent pictures showing the defect.
That's not good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es wird ein defekter Artikel versendet, die Rückabwicklung dauert mittlerweile 5 (!) Wochen. Für die Rücksendung kommt man nicht mal aus Kulanz auf... Kundenservice ist de facto nicht vorhanden.
Vorsicht!
A defective item is sent, the return process now takes 5 (!) weeks. You can't even pay for the return as a gesture of goodwill... Customer service is de facto non-existent.

Ich habe eine Küchenarmatur gekauft und leider zeitgleich Corona bekommen, so dass mein Installateur durch meine Quarantäne diese nicht anschließen konnte. Leider hat er dann ein paar Tage nach Ablauf der 14-tägigen Widerrufsfrist bemerkt dass ich eine falsche Armatur bestellt habe, woraufhin ich die Fa. kontaktierte, um eine Rücknahme der originalverpackten Ware bat und im Gegenzug eine um € 100 teurere Armatur nehmen wollte. Diese Bitte wurde mir mit Verweis auf die wirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen verwehrt, was ich mehr als widersinnig finde und ich kann daher nur von der Fa. Bädermaxx abraten.

I bought a kitchen faucet and unfortunately got Corona at the same time, so my plumber couldn't connect it due to my quarantine. Unfortunately, a few days after the 14-day cancellation period had expired, he noticed that I had ordered the wrong fitting, whereupon I contacted the company and asked for the goods in the original packaging to be taken back and in return wanted to take a fitting that was €100 more expensive. This request was denied to me with reference to the general economic conditions, which I find more than absurd and I can therefore only advise against Baedermaxx.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die verbindliche Lieferzeit wie bei Kauf bestätigt, wurde nicht eingehalten, immer wieder Mails mit Verzögerungen um mehrere Monate (nach eigener Rücksprache mit GROHE Deutschland hat sich tatsächlich die Markteinführung unseres bestellten Produktes drastisch verzögert).
Seitens bädermaxx wurde uns eine Alternative der Eigenmarke zum selben Preis angeboten, qualitativ jedoch leider absolut nicht mit dem Markenprodukt vergleichbar.
Ein Lob an die immer freundlichen Damen vom Kundenservice. Der Kontakt, sei es telefonisch oder per Mail war stets nett.
Unterm Strich ist zu sagen, bevor man als Kunde hier kauft, kurz die Hotline anrufen und fragen wie es um den tatsächlichen Lieferstatus steht und nicht auf die Angaben unter dem Artikel verlassen.
The binding delivery time as confirmed at the time of purchase was not adhered to, repeated mails with delays of several months (after consultation with GROHE Germany, the market launch of our ordered product has actually been drastically delayed).
At bademaxx we were offered an alternative from their own brand at the same price, but unfortunately the quality was absolutely not comparable to the branded product.
Kudos to the always friendly ladies from customer service. The contact, be it by phone or email was always nice.
The bottom line is to say, before you buy here as a customer, call the hotline and ask about the actual delivery status and do not rely on the information under the article.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann von der Firma Bädermaxx nur abraten. Ich habe für unser Büro 2 Armaturen bestellt, die leider nicht passen. Wollte die Ware gegen ein anderes Produkt austauschen, was mir aber verwehrt wird. Der Grund: ein "Gewerbekunde" hat nicht das Recht dazu. Leider bin ich aber kein Installateur, der die Ware an jemand anderen verkaufen könnte. Ich bleibe nun darauf sitzen. Präpotent, unfreundlich, keine Lösung angeboten. Leider geht nicht weniger als 1 Stern.
Can only advise against the company Baedermaxx. I ordered 2 fittings for our office, which unfortunately do not fit. Wanted to exchange the goods for another product, but I am refused. The reason: a "commercial customer" does not have the right to do so. Unfortunately, I am not an installer who could sell the goods to someone else. I'll sit on it now. Prepotent, unfriendly, no solution offered. Unfortunately, no less than 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich habe im März 2020 einen Spiegel bei Bädermaxx online gekauft.
Leider ist beim Einschalten des Lichtes der Schalter in das Gehäuse eingedrückt (Bilder im Anhang). Nach meiner Reklamation wurde mir berichtet, der Knopf wurde zu fest gedrückt(meiner Meinung nach war das nicht der Fall), deshalb ist dieser gebrochen. Dies stellt laut Provex kein Reklamationsgrund dar.
Aus Kulanz wurde mir dennoch ein Ersatzspiegel von Firma Provex zugeschickt. ich kann die Firma Bädermaxx sehr empfehlen.
I bought a mirror online at Baedermaxx in March 2020.
Unfortunately, when the light is switched on, the switch is pressed into the housing (pictures attached). After my complaint I was told that the button was pressed too hard (in my opinion it wasn't the case), so it broke. According to Provex, this does not constitute a reason for complaint.
As a gesture of goodwill, Provex sent me a replacement mirror. I can highly recommend Baedermaxx.
