y	yousef alqahtani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very bad experience with the lab , i do PCR me and my wife and the lab crew said that i will get me results after 3 hours however i pay for the fast test that need 2 hours only , i did the test , and i didn't get any results from the lab , after 3 day's i email the manger and the support group to get my money back , the send my results and tell me that it's my bad that i didn't check my email, i told them i check my email and my sms i didn't get anything, the didn't support my ! the only take your money and wait for a call or email from you to send the results they take advantage of the non-contact opportunity , I do not recommend dealing with them

R	Radu Coman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! INCOMPETENCE AT ITS FINEST!!! My parents came to visit me in Vienna and decided to do a PCR test. Since my father did not have a health insurance at the time, they opted for the payment option. The company informed us that the reason why the PCR is so expensive there (90€) is the fact that it will be ready in 2 hours GUARANTEED. They assured my parents that they are paying more because FasTest are the “fastest” ones in Vienna. After 4 hours, the test was still not ready. I had to reach the call center at least 5 times. Every time I called, I spoke to a different person and had to provide all my father’s details. Even after providing the details for the fifth time, nothing happened. The test was finally ready AFTER 5 HOURS. My parents lost their reservation at the restaurant and were unable to do anything in Vienna the whole day due to their incompetence. Please consider changing your name from “FasTest” to “Slowest” and stop ripping people off.

Was able to book easily, service was quick when we arrived, and got the results in 90 minutes. Lifesaver! Would definitely recommend based on this experience

It took them 3.5 hours (only after three separate phone calls) and the point of a quick test is for someone to rely on the 2 hour guarantee of a result. Also each phone call was ended with a promise of a return call which never happened! 2*

The young man and woman who were locking up went above and beyond to get me tested for a flight the next morning, and my results were ready in less than 2 hours. A huge thank you to those nurses - wish I had gotten their names but I am so grateful for their patience and generosity! That being said... save yourself the panic (and the staff the extra work) and make sure you arrive well before closing time!
