★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde das Unternehmen wirklich richtig schlecht! Wenn man versucht jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen ist das ein langwieriger und mühsamer Prozess. Vereinbarungen werden nicht gehalten. Die Termine die man ausmacht werden ohne Rücksprache verschoben, worüber man natürlich nicht informiert wird. Unfreundliche Monteure, kann euch nur abraten von dieser Firma.
I think the company is really really bad! Trying to reach someone over the phone is a tedious and tedious process. Agreements are not kept. The appointments you make are postponed without consultation, which of course you will not be informed. Unfriendly fitters, can only advise you against this company.

Two calls with the request for an appointment because of assembly, put off twice, was not possible at the moment, two callbacks promised. Not called back twice!
