Nicht weiter empfehlenswert

Wenn man einen Marken WC Deckel kauft und der nicht gerade günstig ist , geht man davon aus dass er langlebig und von guter Qualität ist . Falsch gedacht , der 1. Deckel ist nach knapp einem Jahr beim Schanier eingerissen ... neuen bekommen , der 2. quietscht mittlerweile extrem und hat unschöne gelbe Verfärbungen die nicht weg gehen . Der nicht sehr freundliche Kundenservice hat uns darauf hingewiesen, den WC Deckel falsch zu putzen und uns einen link geschickt wie man den putzen darf und wie nicht , ist das ein Scherz ?! Man darf keine Wc Tabs usw verwenden , also ein Billig WC Sitz hätte damit sicher kein Problem! Dann hätte es kein WC Deckel werden dürfen ! Qualität und Service fehlgeschlagen! Und das quietschen ist auch logisch , weil das Schmierfett mit der Zeit auch durch das falsche putzen raus geht...

If you buy a branded toilet lid and it is not cheap, you assume that it is durable and of good quality. Wrong thought, the 1st lid tore after almost a year on the hinge ... got a new one, the 2nd now squeaks extremely and has unsightly yellow discoloration that does not go away. The not very friendly customer service advised us to clean the toilet lid incorrectly and sent us a link on how to clean it and how not, is that a joke ?! You are not allowed to use toilet tabs etc., so a cheap toilet seat would certainly not have a problem! Then it shouldn't have been a toilet lid! Quality and service failed! And the squeaking is also logical, because the grease goes out over time even through the wrong cleaning ...
