Bin schon gespannt wie es weiter geht bzw. auf das Ergebnis:) Very pleasantly surprised. Uncomplicated and easy. The lady at the scan is very nice and has clarified all questions so far. I'm curious how it will continue or the result :)

Da ich beim ersten Mal leider in einer anderen Praxis gelandet bin und sehr sehr unzufrieden war, bin ich jetzt hier im 1090 Wien. Die Ärztin war sehr freundlich und hat mit sehr viel Geduld und Ruhe meine IPR durchgeführt. Sehr zufrieden Had to do IPR the second time. Since I ended up in a different practice the first time and was very, very dissatisfied, I am now here in 1090 Vienna. The doctor was very friendly and carried out my IPR with a lot of patience and calm. Very satisfied

Auch die Behandlung mit den Schienen wurde sehr genau und super erklärt. Sehr empfehlenswerte Praxis, habe mich sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Very nice practice and very friendly staff. Everything was explained in detail during the 3D scan. The treatment with the splints was also explained very precisely and superbly. Very recommendable practice, I felt very much in good hands.

Leider bekam ich auch keine genauen Antworten auf meine Fragen, sie meinte ich soll alles mit Dr. Smile abklären, sie macht nur den 3D Scan. Ich werde trotzdem wieder hingehen und schauen, wie es beim nächsten Termin läuft. I was there to do a 3D scan and the doctor was unfortunately a little impatient because it didn't work the first time. Unfortunately, I didn't get any exact answers to my questions either, she said I should talk to Dr. Clarify smile, she only does the 3D scan. I'll go back anyway and see how things go at the next appointment.

Die Praxis selbst stellte mir aber leider keine Zeitbestätigung für die Arbeit aus, da ich ein Patient von DrSmile bin. Sie meinten, dass sie es weiterleiten werden, allerdings habe ich diesbezüglich dann auch nichts mehr gehört. Daher ist es wohl am besten einfach einen Termin außerhalb der Arbeitszeit zu buchen. I got an appointment very quickly and the 3D scan also went very quickly. Unfortunately, the practice itself did not issue me with a time confirmation for the work, as I am a DrSmile patient. They said they would pass it on, but I didn't hear anything more about it. Therefore, it is probably best to simply book an appointment outside of working hours.

They were ready for me as soon as I arrived , the dentist showed attention to detail during the procedure and, helpful for me, she spoke some English. I recommend this location and DrSmile. I did have problems booking the appointment, but this had to do with another locations, and the staff at DrSmile helped me make this one...during COVID we have to be flexible!
