Ich bin durch einen ehemaligen Schulfreund auf Dr. Beer und ihre Praxis aufmerksam geworden und unendlich dankbar. Ich wurde vom ersten Tag an wunderbar betreut. Es ist eine sehr transparente Praxis, man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben und wird bei allem immer aufgeklärt und miteinbezogen. Neben der großartigen Ärztin und den freundlichen Assistentinnen ist auch der Zahntechniker regelmäßig vor Ort und vollbringt Meisterleistungen. Finding a good dentist is one of the most difficult things. I'm through a former school friend on Dr. Beer and her practice became aware of it and were infinitely grateful. I was looked after wonderfully from day one. It is a very transparent practice, you feel well cared for and are always informed and involved in everything. In addition to the great doctor and friendly assistants, the dental technician is also regularly on site and achieves masterly achievements.

Obwohl ich nach Behandlung noch immer Schmerzen verspürte, wurde ich immer nur vertröstet und gesagt, dass alles erfolgreich verlaufen sei. Als es nach Wochen noch immer nicht besser wurde und ich mehrmals bei Frau Dr. Beer war, hab ich einen anderen Zahnarzt aufgesucht. Dieser hat sehr schnell festgestellt, dass sich die Wurzelspitze entzündet hat und die Füllung über die Wurzelspitze hinaus ragte. Mir blieb nur eine Extraktion des Zahns übrig und bin jetzt 2500€ ärmer, da ich mir ein Implantat einsetzten lassen musste. Unfortunately, my root canal treatment went awry. Although I still felt pain after treatment, I was always just comforted and told that everything had been successful. When it still did not get better after weeks and I visited Dr. Beer was, I went to another dentist. He found out very quickly that the root tip was inflamed and the filling protruded beyond the root tip. I only had to extract the tooth and am now € 2,500 poorer because I had to use an implant.

Sie erklärt zuerst was sie macht dann beginnt sie erst. Ich gehe gerne zu ihr hin. Ich kann sie nur weiter empfehlen. Before I go to Dr. Susanne Beer I was afraid I was a big dentist. Now I'm going to her without fear. She first explains what she's doing, then she starts. I like going to her. I can recommend it only.

Plomben werden zwar gut und meist schmerzlos gemacht, doch in letzter Zeit hat sie wirklich nachgelassen. Oft hatte ich das Gefühl, dass die Praxis auf ihre Freundlichkeit setzt. Mir wurde zum Beispiel oft gesagt, dass ich alles richtig gemacht habe und kein Karies bei mir entstanden ist. Aber nach einiger Zeit fand ich die dunklen Flecken doch etwas suspekt und habe mich an einen anderen Zahnarzt gewagt, der mir sofort Plomben gemacht hat. Danach bin ich umgestiegen. Der Umgang mit den Patienten ist sehr gut, aber die Qualität der Behandlungen lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Für Plomben nicht schlecht, aber bei größeren Behandlungen wie zum Beispiel Implantate oder Zahnspange nicht zu empfehlen. The team and the doctor are very friendly, but not competent. Seals are done well and mostly painlessly, but it has really worn off lately. I often had the feeling that the practice relies on your friendliness. For example, I was often told that I did everything right and that I did not have any tooth decay. But after a while I found the dark spots a bit suspicious and dared to go to another dentist who immediately sealed me. Then I switched. The patients are treated very well, but the quality of the treatments leaves a lot to be desired. Not bad for seals, but not recommended for larger treatments such as implants or braces.

Appointments are delt with swiftly without delay. Ordination is child friendly with frequent surprise gifts to kids usual after each dental treatment. To sum it up,Dr.Susanne is simply the best!
