Dann musste ich wegen eines Notfalls mitten in der Nacht zum Zahnarzt - und geriet an Dr. Czerny. Sofort habe ich gefragt, ob ich bei ihm Patient werden kann. Der Dr. nimmt sich immer ausführlich Zeit für seine Patienten, Termine werden immer so vereinbart, dass kaum Wartezeiten entstehen, im Wartezimmer sind höchstens 2-3 Personen pro Besuch (außer Notfalldienst natürlich). Außerdem erklärt er während der Behandlung genau, was er macht, damit man sich nicht sicher fühlt und keinen Grund mehr hat, übermäßig nervös zu sein. Zudem ist die Empfangsdame (eine gewisse Fr. Barbara, wenn ich mich richtig erinnere) ein echter Schatz, die einem immer das Gefühl gibt, willkommen zu sein! Alles in allem kann ich nicht nur Dr. Czerny, sondern seine gesamte Praxis wärmstens empfehlen, auch oder besonders wenn man normalerweise eher Angst vor dem Zahnarztbesuch hat! I'm excited! The Dr. always takes plenty of time for his patients, appointments are always arranged in such a way that there are hardly any waiting times, there are a maximum of 2-3 people per visit in the waiting room (except for emergency services, of course). In addition, during the treatment he explains exactly what he is doing so that you do not feel safe and no longer have any reason to be overly nervous. In addition, the receptionist (a certain Ms. Barbara, if I remember correctly) is a real treasure, who always makes you feel welcome! All in all, I can't just recommend Dr. Czerny, but highly recommend his entire practice, also or especially if you are usually more afraid of going to the dentist!
