A	Adam Lerch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unterste Schublade...der " feste" Mitarbeiter hat mein Iphone Display ganz kaputt gemacht, weil er so fest in die neue Hülle gedrückt hat. Ohne es zu erwähnen, war so freundlich und hat bissi Rabatt auf die Hülle gegeben.Daheim fiel mir dann auf dass er mein Handy ganz kaputt gemacht hat. Nicht mal ehrlichkeit kann man da erwarten Bottom drawer ... the "permanent" employee completely destroyed my iPhone display because he pushed so hard into the new case. Without mentioning it, he was so friendly and gave a bit of a discount on the case, but then at home I noticed that he had completely broken my cell phone. You can't even expect honesty
M	Martin Mitterböck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute dort um ein Panzerglas für mein Ipone 12 mini. Nach kurzer suche sagte der Mitarbeiter das er keine da hätte, aber eine Folie zuschneiden kann. Auf sein anraten hin entschied ich mich für die matte Folie die dann beim 2 Versuch drauf war. Zuhause angekommen musste ich leider feststellen das die Face ID nicht mehr ging, die Kamera durch diese Folie unbrauchbar war. ich hab dann versucht die Folie abzuheben und die Kamera freizuschneiden was so leidlich ging. Face ID war aber trotzdem nicht zu gebrauchen bis ich das Ding wieder runtergerissen habe. Leider hab ich nichtmal die Rechnung mitgenommen, weil ich ja echt nicht angenommen habe das man in einem derartigen Handyshop nichtmal fähig ist eine ordnungsgemäße Folie aufzubringen. Sorry aber nie wieder....... Was there today to get a bulletproof glass for my Ipone 12 mini. After a short search, the employee said that he didn't have one, but that he could cut a film. On his advice, I opted for the matt film that was on it the second time I tried. When I got home I unfortunately had to find out that the Face ID no longer worked, the camera was unusable due to this film. I then tried to take off the film and cut the camera free, which was so tolerable. Face ID was still useless until I ripped that thing down again. Unfortunately, I didn't even take the bill with me, because I really didn't assume that you would not even be able to apply a proper film in such a mobile phone shop. Sorry but never again .......
A	Adrian Ferenczik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte eigentlich einen eSim aktivieren für meinen Apple Watch in Zusammenhang mit iPhone 13 und beide Mitarbeitern hatten KEINE AHNUNG wie das funktioniert. Ich bin zuhause geschickt und sollte jetzt weitere 30 km fahren für sowas die ich in meiner Ort nicht bekommen kann weil die Mitarbeiter nicht eingeschult sind? Ist mir schwer zu glauben das die zwei bis jetzt KEIN EINZELFALL gehabt haben um einen eSim zu aktivieren.... "Top" Service! Actually wanted to activate an eSIM for my Apple Watch in connection with iPhone 13 and both employees had NO IDEA how that works. I'm sent home and should now drive another 30 km for something that I can't get in my place because the employees aren't trained? It's hard for me to believe that the two have NOT had a SINGLE CASE to activate an eSIM.... "Top" service!
