Gehe nur noch in 3 Shop in Max Center gegenüber dort wird man freundlich bedient und bekommt was man möchte auch waren dort alle Handy"s Lagernd. Juice shop rude staff !!! Just go to 3 shops in the Max Center across the street. You will be served in a friendly way and get what you want.
J	Jürgen Wögerer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte meinen Vertrag kündigen, habe daher eine schriftliche Kündigung per Einschreiben an Drei gesendet. Drei jedoch behauptet die Kündigung nicht erhalten zu haben. Ich habe ihnen eine Kopie der Kündigung und den Beleg des Einschreibens per mail gesendet, jedoch wieder dasselbe Spielchen, Drei hätte wieder keine Kündigung oder Mail erhalten. Interessant ist jedoch das Drei auf eine Mail antworten kann, die Sie angeblich nie erhalten haben, Komisch was es alles so gibt! Die Antwort war auch genial: „Wenn Sie Kündigen wollen, senden Sie uns bitte eine schriftliche Kündigung“. Als ich Ihnen dann Antwortet das ich keine neue Kündig sende, und ich nicht mehr antworten werde und alles einen Anwalt übergeben werde, bekam ich prompt eine Kündigungsbestätigung, obwohl Drei ja angeblich keine Kündigung hat. Düfte Methode haben, daher kann ich nur jeden empfehlen Sich nicht zu ärgern, sondern bei irgendwelchen Problemen auch immer gleich Rechtsbeistand zu holen. Wie gesagt das dürfte Methode haben bei Drei! Wanted to cancel my contract, so I have sent a written notice by registered letter to three. Three, however, claims not to have received the termination. I have sent you a copy of the notice and the receipt of the letter by mail, but again the same game, three would have received no notice or mail again. Interestingly, however, the three can answer an email that you have allegedly never received, funny what it all! The answer was also awesome: "If you want to cancel, please send us a written notice". When I answer you that I do not send a new resignation, and I will no longer answer and everything is handed over to a lawyer, I promptly received a notice of termination, even though Drei allegedly has no notice. Fragrances method, therefore, I can only recommend anyone Not to annoy, but always to get legal advice for any problems. As I said that should have method at three!
L	Leonhard Schmid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trauriger Weise ist die Beratung schlecht, die Mitarbeiter wirken unmotiviert und meiner Erfahrung nach muss man öfters nachtelefonieren damit überhaupt etwas passiert und selbst dann wird vieles nicht so gemacht wie man es eigentlich wollte und man muss danach selbst noch über die 3 Hotline alles umendern. Mein Tipp: Wenn es die Zeit zulässt fährt nach Linz in die Plus City. Sadly, the advice is bad, the employees seem unmotivated and in my experience you have to telephone more often so that something happens and even then a lot is not done as you actually wanted and you have to change everything yourself via the 3 hotline. My tip: If time allows, go to Plus City in Linz.
R	Ralf Stoiber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drei's Servicekompetenz ist absolut schwach. Internet bzw. WLAN daheim ist äußerst unbeständig und hat oft einbrüche. Am Handy ist die Verbindung jedoch gut. Wenn ich glück habe funktioniert das Heimnetzwerk 20% der Zeit für die ich bezahle. Drei an sich ist Schrott.. der zuständige Shop in Wels absoluter Müll. Die Serciceberater in Wien sehr freundlich aber unbeholfen und unkompetent. OBWOHL ICH MEHRMALS MÜNDLICH UND SCHRIFTLICH DAS ANFANGS KOSTENLOSE TV ABO KÜNDIGTE WURDE MIR DIES EIN HALBES JAHR LANG VERRECHNET. Pfui.. Finger weg. Drei's service competence is absolutely weak. Internet or WLAN at home is extremely unstable and often breaks in. However, the connection on the cell phone is good. If I'm lucky, the home network works 20% of the time I'm paying for. Three in itself is junk .. the responsible shop in Wels absolute rubbish. The service consultants in Vienna were very friendly but clumsy and incompetent. ALTHOUGH I CANCELED ORAL AND WRITTEN THE INITIALLY FREE TV SUBSCRIPTION SEVERAL TIMES, IT WAS BILLED FOR ME FOR HALF A YEAR. Ugh .. hands off.
