Bekomme bei meinen Besuchen im Shop immer wieder mit wie freundlich er mit den Kunden umgeht. Ich konnte mein iPhone über die Versicherung innerhalb von 24h austauschen lassen durch einfachen Service der leicht zu verstehen und vollziehen war. Habe für mehrere meiner alten Handys bereits Hüllen und Panzerglasfolien in diesem Laden gekauft und ebenfalls viele meines Bekanntenkreises. Wlan funktioniert immer top und auch bei diesem Vertrag konnten mir die Mitarbeiter schnell weiterhelfen. Wartezeiten können schwanken jedoch wird dies durch den top Service ausgeglichen. Verschiedene Kaffe- und Teesorten stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung, genauso wie Gummibären mit dem 3 Branding. Von den aktuellsten Handys stehen immer funktionierende und komplett diebstahlsichere Demogeräte in dem 3 Shop aus auf denen man viele Spieleapps, die Finger ID Funktion sowie die Kamera und andere Apps kostenlos testen kann. Es ist immer sauber und schön dekoriert. Sogar an die Jahreszeiten passen die Mitarbeiter die Dekorationen in den Schaufenstern und Vitrinen an. Alles in allem Tip Top 5 ⭐ verdient gegeben. Meldeten ein neues Handy an und uns wurde mitgeteilt, daß wir dies selbst tun sollen oder im Nebengeschäft machen lassen sollten, weil sie keine Zeit hat, obwohl sonst kein einziger Kunde im Laden war. Im 3shop im Inntalcenter, das leider aufgelassen wurde, sind wir immer äußerst freundlich bedient und beraten worden!! Nem segített!Botrányos volt az egész!Sajnálom,hogy rossz élményekkel gazdagodva,felidegesítve kellet továb mennünk a Völsi Dreiba,ahol aztán hozzáértő kedves személyzet volt! Der telefonische Kundenservice von Drei hat mir dann korrekte Informationen übermittelt, nach Konfrontation auch noch eine dreist verlogene Email, ratsam, das Gespräch mitzuschneiden. Unfortunately, no competent advice, the young man didn't know anything about unlocking mobile internet hardware, but sold his half-knowledge as facts. Drei's customer service over the phone then sent me the correct information, including a brazen email after the confrontation, advisable to record the conversation.

Absolut nicht hilfsbereit und meiner Meinung komplett falsch in diesem Beruf. Leute wen ihr ein Handy wollt geht definitiv nicht zu diesem Laden I've never seen anything so rude as the long leek behind the counter in my life. Absolutely unhelpful and in my opinion completely wrong in this profession. Guys if you want a cell phone definitely don't go to this store
