Im Shop in Telfs war ich sehr zufrieden die leute waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hab mein display nach beschädigung tauschen lassen, hat jedoch nicht richtig funktioniert. nach dreimaligem displaytausch hat sich dann nach einsenden herausgestellt, dass die platine beschädigt ist und eine umfangreichere reparatur nötig wäre - die schuld lag nicht bei der 'Schnittstelle', trotzdem wurde mir das geld für den tausch komplett rückerstattet, obwohl das display getauscht wurde und funktionstüchtig war. freundlich und hilfsbereit auch bei 'problemkunden' - kann den shop empfehlen! Friendly, helpful and solution-oriented. Did my display swap for damage, but did not work properly. After exchanging the display three times after sending it turned out that the board is damaged and a more extensive repair would be necessary - the fault was not the 'interface', nevertheless the money for the exchange was completely refunded, although the display was exchanged and functional was. friendly and helpful even with 'problem customers' - can recommend the shop!

Gründe: Schlechter Kundenservice, Unfreundliche Supporthotline, Musst für einen A1 "fehler" 20 Euro Hotlinekosten zahlen, usw.... Auch ein Grund war, dass ich mein Handy, einmal einschickte und es über 5 Wochen dauerte bis ich es wieder bekam ohne irgendwelche Infos. Dieser Shop, hat mich veranlasst mir den wechsel zur Konkurrenz nochmals zu überdenken. Ausgezeichnetes Personal! Freundlich!! Unbürokratisches Leihhandy!!! Schnell und Informierend!!!! Danke Have been pretty disappointed with A1 lately. Reasons: Poor customer service, unfriendly support hotline, had to pay 20 euro hotline costs for an A1 "error", etc. One reason was that I sent in my cell phone once and it took over 5 weeks before I got it again without any information. This shop made me rethink the change to the competition. Excellent staff! Friendly!! Non-bureaucratic rental phone !!! Fast and informative !!!! thank you
S	Said Hosseini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider muss ich hier total schlecht bewerben über einer Mitarbeiter von A1 Shop Telfs , Der redet nix normal , redet genau dass wir grad streiten oda genau begreifen u noch etwa wichtigste der hat imma so schmutzige Klamotten an u vlt a stinkt und das denke I für eine A1 Shop braucht man ein extra von A1 Hemden und auf de Hemd muss der Name von der Mitarbeiter sein u nicht einfach de private Klamotten u de sollen nette und freundliche Verkäufer/in sein.. u i bitte von A1 das unbedingt ernst nehmen sollen ,sonst alle Leute wird langsam eintauschen werden .
