Nach Rücksprache mit "Drei" stellte sich die gegebene Information als unwahr und umständlich heraus. Die Erwiderung des Besitzers: "Wir sind lediglich Partner [...]." Von einem Partner sollte man jedoch das selbe Maß an Service erwarten können, vor allem da dieser den Ansprüchen des Providers genügen sollte. Wissentlich Fehlinformationen auf eine klar gestellte Frage zu geben ist nicht in Ordnung, vor allem wenn dadurch zusätzliche (unnötige) Kosten entstehen. Dies definiert nicht den Servicevertrag welcher auch von Seiten des Shops eingehalten werden sollte. Questionable practices in dealing with the desired termination. After consultation with "Drei" the given information turned out to be untrue and cumbersome. The owner's reply: "We are only partners [...]." J	Jürgen Wögerer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte meinen Vertrag kündigen, habe daher eine schriftliche Kündigung per Einschreiben an Drei gesendet. Drei jedoch behauptet die Kündigung nicht erhalten zu haben. Ich habe ihnen eine Kopie der Kündigung und den Beleg des Einschreibens per mail gesendet, jedoch wieder dasselbe Spielchen, Drei hätte wieder keine Kündigung oder Mail erhalten. Interessant ist jedoch das Drei auf eine Mail antworten kann, die Sie angeblich nie erhalten haben, Komisch was es alles so gibt! Die Antwort war auch genial: „Wenn Sie Kündigen wollen, senden Sie uns bitte eine schriftliche Kündigung“. Als ich Ihnen dann Antwortet das ich keine neue Kündig sende, und ich nicht mehr antworten werde und alles einen Anwalt übergeben werde, bekam ich prompt eine Kündigungsbestätigung, obwohl Drei ja angeblich keine Kündigung hat. Düfte Methode haben, daher kann ich nur jeden empfehlen Sich nicht zu ärgern, sondern bei irgendwelchen Problemen auch immer gleich Rechtsbeistand zu holen. Wurden bei der Anmerkung, dass der (offensichtliche) Filialleiter auch freundlicher mit den Kundinnen und Kunden umgehen könnte, von diesem angemotzt. Unterste Gürtellinie. Ebenso kennt dieser keine Höflichkeitsform. So jemanden kann man im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes nicht in eine Filiale stellen oder auf Kundinnen und Kunden 'loslassen'. Die Entscheidung, den Vertrag zu kündigen, wurde mir somit noch um einiges erleichtert. Schade. Very rude, ignorant and unprofessional staff. When they said that the (obvious) branch manager could also be more friendly with customers, they pissed off. Bottom belt line. Likewise, this knows no form of courtesy. You can't literally put someone like that in a branch or 'let go' of customers. The decision to terminate the contract was made a lot easier for me. Too bad.
V	Verena Wögerbauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inkompetentes und unfreundliches Team - eigentlich egal welcher Drei Shop - immer das gleiche! Es ist immer zum Ärgern, sie können nie weiterhelfen und kennen sich meistens auch nicht aus. Mein Mann hat daher seinen Vertrag schon gekündigt - wären nun wegen meinem Schwiegervater da gewesen, da er im Heim ist und es nicht selbst erledigen kann - hatten auch seinen Personalausweis mit und trotzdem wurde uns nicht geholfen. Auch er wird jetzt seinen Vertrag kündigen. Von Drei kann man jedem nur abraten. Incompetent and unfriendly team - no matter which three shop - always the same! It is always annoying, they can never help and usually do not know what to do. My husband has therefore already canceled his contract - would have been there because of my father-in-law, since he is in the home and cannot do it himself - also had his identity card with us and still we were not helped. He will now also terminate his contract. One can only advise against three.

Das Problem wurde von ihm heute noch an die Zentrale weitergeleitet und dort prompt erledigt. Respekt! A very competent employee helped me today, Friday NM with a tariff problem.
