Bin seit über 8 Jahren zufriedene Stammkundin hier! Very competent and incredibly friendly every time! Whether for advice, check-ups or general questions - all employees and especially Ms. Anna Stockinger are always helpful and attentive. I have been a satisfied regular customer here for over 8 years!
h	hallwirth _tatu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich war eigentlich seit ca 8-9 jahre stammkunde aber leider hatt es bei meinen letzten 2! brillen nicht mehr geklappt. die vorletzte wurde mir zu klein verkauft sadass der rahmen ca 2 monate später brach. sehr ärgerlich!!! wurde jedoch umgetauscht.... jetzt knapp 1,5 jahre später wieder das gleiche!!! diesmal wollte ich mein geld zurück da ich maßlos enttäuscht war von einem geschäft das damit wirbt ein fachoptiker zu sein und sich das personal nicht einmal die zeit nimmt und sieht wie die brille sitzt und ob es womöglich nicht die richtige brille für mich wäre... hauptsache schnell geld verdienen... ich bekam mein geld auch zurück aber bekam zu spüren das es nicht ok wäre und mir noch anhören das das geschäft aber jetzt ein defizit hat... und ich bekam nicht mal auf mein "auf wiedersehen" beim verlassen eine antwort.... ich bin absolut enttäuscht von diesem sogenannten fachgeschäft und werde nie wieder dort eine brille kaufen!!! I've actually been a regular customer for about 8-9 years but unfortunately my last two had it! glasses no longer worked. the penultimate one was sold to me too small sadass the frame broke about 2 months later. very annoying!!! but was exchanged .... now almost 1.5 years later the same again! This time I wanted my money back because I was extremely disappointed in a shop that advertises being a specialist optician and the staff doesn't even take the time to see how the glasses are sitting and whether they might not be the right glasses for me ... the main thing is to earn money quickly ... I got my money back too but got the feeling that it wasn't ok and I still hear that the business is now in deficit ... and I didn't even get an answer to my "goodbye" when I left ... I am absolutely disappointed with this so-called specialty shop and will never buy glasses there again !!!

Ich streite den oben erwähnten Firmen nicht ihre Kompetenz oder Ausbildung ab, aber die Beratung bei Stockinger United Optik ist einfach top, so etwas habe ich selten erlebt. Brauche halt etwas spezielles, und das hat top funktioniert. War so begeistert, dass ich mir beim Abholen gleich eine optische Sonnenbrille machen hab lassen. Nicht billig aber top. Gerne wieder! So far it was more of a Fielm…. and Hartla…. Customer, but my ophthalmologist said I should visit an optician. I do not deny the above-mentioned companies their competence or training, but the advice at Stockinger United Optik is simply great, I have rarely seen anything like it. I just need something special, and that worked perfectly. I was so excited that I had optical sunglasses made for me when I picked it up. Not cheap but great. Gladly again!

Die "Junior-Chefin" Anna Stockinger hat einen super Griff bei den Brillen und einen wahnsinnig guten Geschmack: Jede Brille ist top modisch und passt zum Gesicht. Ich komme gerne wieder. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Top optician! Great selection - modern glasses! The "junior boss" Anna Stockinger has a great grip on glasses and an incredibly good taste: every pair of glasses is very fashionable and fits the face. I will gladly come again. I felt good all around.

Vom ersten Moment an passte diese Gleitsichtbrille. Totale Schärfe, keine Eingewöhnungzeit - einfach nur perfekt. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Daher für mich fünf Sterne! Appointment made, visual acuity checked, glasses frame and lenses adjusted. Great assortment, very friendly and technically convincing advice. From the first moment these varifocals fit. Total sharpness, no getting used to - just perfect. I have never experienced something like that. Hence five stars for me!

Freundliche Beratung und Betreuung. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Good advice on version. Then after a week the glasses came. Varifocal glasses did not fit. Was there twice. Was re-measured and sent in. No problem. Friendly advice and support. I felt very well.
