hatte 2 Mal eine Wohnung in Wels mit der eww-Gruppe als Stromanbieter und beide Male wurden seitens der eww riesige und für mich mühsame Fehler begangen (doppelte Abbuchungen, weitere Rechnungen obwohl ich ausgezogen bin, uvm)
Worst customer service ever
twice had an apartment in Wels with the eww group as a power provider and both times the eww made huge and tedious mistakes for me (double debits, further bills even though I moved out, and much more)

Nachdem ich ein 4-wöchiges Ferialpraktikum absolviert hatte staunte ich nicht schlecht, als mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass mir für diese Tätigkeit (Pflichtpraktikum im Zuge einer Ausbildung in einer höheren Schule) keine Leistungen wie Urlaubszuschuss, Weihnachtsgeld und Urlaubsersatzleistung zustehen!
Diese Information seitens EWW ist nicht korrekt, da dies nur bei echten Volontär-Praktikanten ohne Weisungsgebundenheit und Arbeitspflicht gilt.
Bei einer Ferialarbeit/Ferialpraktikum mit fixem Arbeitsbeginn-bzw. ende sieht der entsprechende Kollektivvertrag für Arbeiter im Eisen- und metallverarbeitenden Gewerbe sogar eine ausdrückliche Entgeltregelung für Pflichtpraktikanten vor. Damit ist man auch vom Kollektivvertrag umfasst und es besteht daher die Verpflichtung zu anteiligem Urlaubszuschuss und Weihnachtsremuneration. Der Urlaubsanspruch bzw. die daraus resultierende Urlaubsersatzleistung ist im Urlaubsgesetz geregelt, auch dieses ist anwendbar.
Es hat etliche Telefonate und Emails benötigt, dass mir "ausnahmsweise" , wie mir mitgeteilt wurde, die zustehenden Leistungen ausgezahlt wurden.
!!! Attention holiday workers or holiday interns !!!
After completing a 4-week holiday internship, I was amazed when I was informed that I was not entitled to any benefits such as holiday allowance, Christmas bonus and holiday compensation for this activity (compulsory internship as part of an apprenticeship at a higher school)!
This information on the part of EWW is incorrect, as this only applies to real volunteer interns who are not bound by instructions and are not obliged to work.
In the case of a holiday work / holiday internship with a fixed start or At the end of the day, the corresponding collective agreement for workers in the iron and metalworking industry even provides for an express remuneration scheme for mandatory interns. This means that you are also covered by the collective agreement and you are therefore obliged to pay a proportionate holiday allowance and Christmas bonus. The vacation entitlement or the resulting vacation replacement benefit is regulated in the Vacation Act, which is also applicable.
It took a number of phone calls and emails that "as an exception", as I was informed, the benefits due were paid out to me.

Als Häuslbauer kann man sich auf die Elektriker, Installateure der eww Anlagentechnik zu 100 % verlassen. Schelle und saubere Umsetzung. Auch in Sachen Strom und Netzanschluss wurde man toll beraten und unterstützt. Mit der eww Gruppe baut man auch gerne ein zweites mal ein Eigenheim :-)
Absolutely reliable service provider. I can only positively mention the customer service of the eww group. As a house builder, you can rely 100% on the electricians and installers of eww systems technology. Quick and clean implementation. They also received great advice and support in terms of electricity and grid connection. With the eww group, people like to build their own home a second time :-)
