B	Bernd Sommer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der 3 Shop im Shopping Nord ist gar kein echter 3-Shop, wie man mir beim echten 3-Shop in Seiersberg erklärte. Inkompetentes ausländisches Personal, dass sich lieber untereinander auf türkisch unterhält, bzw. privat telefoniert, und man als Kunde eher zu stören scheint. Ein versprochenes angeblich günstiger werdendes Handy wurde stattdessen teurer. Habe es dann in Seiersberg günstiger bekommen, und der (einheimische) Angestellte erwies sich als kompetent und zuvorkommend. Werde den Laden (Nord) nicht mehr besuchen, nehme lieber den längeren Weg nach Seiersberg auf mich. Ich bemühe mich immer nicht rassistisch zu sein, aber sowas geht gar nicht ! The 3 shop in the Shopping Nord is not a real 3 shop at all, as was explained to me at the real 3 shop in Seiersberg. Incompetent foreign staff who prefer to talk to each other in Turkish or make private phone calls, and as a customer they seem to bother you. A promised, allegedly cheaper mobile phone became more expensive instead. Got it cheaper in Seiersberg, and the (local) employee turned out to be competent and courteous. I won't visit the store (north) anymore, I'd rather take the longer route to Seiersberg. I always try not to be racist, but that's not possible!

Geräumig und mit einer bequemen Sitzbank, auf der Oma, während alles zu höchster Zufriedenheit erledigt wurde, Platz nehmen konnte. Der junge Herr mit den dunklen Haaren war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Was bei der Serviceline als " leider nicht möglich " abgetan wurde, hat er in wenigen Minuten erledigt!!! Nach diesem Besuch haben wir den Shop sehr zufrieden verlassen. Nochmals vielen Dank ? A beautiful three shop with a very pleasant atmosphere! Spacious and with a comfortable bench on which Grandma could sit down while everything was done to the utmost satisfaction. The young man with the dark hair was very friendly, helpful and competent. What was done at the Serviceline as "unfortunately not possible", he has done in a few minutes! After this visit, we left the shop very satisfied. Thanks again ?

Update: Die Beratung war völlig falsch. Trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage bei der Verkäuferin, ob ein Webtube an meinem Wohnort möglich sei, hat sie sich nicht einmal die Mühe gemacht, dies in Erfahrung zu bringen. Der Kundendienst am Telefon konnte mir dies gleich sagen. Im Shop hat man sich nicht einmal entschuldigt. During our conversation, the employee sent whatsapp messages on her cell phone. In addition, the advice wasn't the best either. Update: The advice was completely wrong. Despite several inquiries from the seller whether a web tube is possible where I live, she didn't even bother to find out. The customer service on the phone could tell me this straight away. In the shop they didn't even apologize.

Das komplett offen und hell gestaltete Geschäft, ist gerade bei Vertragsverhandlungen immer einen Besuch wert! Gerne wieder und weiterhin! One of the most beautiful 3 shops ever, just reopened! The employees are extremely hard-working, whether new or existing customer! The completely open and brightly designed shop is always worth a visit, especially during contract negotiations! Happy again and continue!
P	Philipp Zotter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Rahmen einer Vertragsverlängerung wurden mir Zusatzpakete inkludiert, die ich nicht geordert habe. Auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch, diese direkt wieder zu stornieren wurde mir gesagt, dass das frühestens ab dem nächsten Werktag über die Service-Hotline möglich ist. Gesagt, getan: Einen Tag später entschuldigte sich ein Service-Mitarbeiter der Hotline bei mir für das schlechte Service und die falsche Auskunft im Store und verwies darauf, dass es immer wieder vorkommt, dass Zusatzpakete ohne Nachfrage (der internen Provision sei Dank (!)) vermittelt werden. Intern wurde daraufhin ein Vermerkt notiert. Also: Achtet darauf, ob hier unnötige Zusatzpakete verkauft werden und weist direkt darauf hin, kein Paket zu benötigen. As part of a contract extension, I was given additional packages that I did not order. At the express request to cancel this directly, I was told that this would not be possible via the service hotline until the next working day at the earliest. No sooner said than done: One day later, a service employee on the hotline apologized to me for the poor service and the wrong information in the store and pointed out that it happens again and again that additional packages are required without asking (thanks to the internal commission (!) ) mediated. A note was then made internally. So: Pay attention to whether unnecessary additional packages are being sold and point out directly that you do not need a package.
