Die Mitarbeiterin, die sich um meine Wünsche gekümmert hat, ist sehr darauf eingegangen, welche Tarife sich am besten für meine Situation anbieten. The advice was very good and insightful. Nach einer sehr guten Beratung bei T mobile am Telefon wollte ich das mir angebotene Produkt in St. Pölten Traisenpark kaufen . Leider haben die Mitarbeiter nichts von den Angeboten lt Telefon gewusst und haben sich nicht bemüht auf meine Wünschen einzugehen . In Melk hat mir ein Fachhändler den Vertrag und das gewünschte Handy so wie bei der vorigen telefonischen Auskunft angekündigt verkauft . Very, very bad advice extremely incapable. Bei Hartlauer 100m weiter, war mein Handyproblem in 2 Minuten gelöst. A real disappointment of this shop: seller, "Ms. R.", reacted very arrogantly to my request and was unwilling to help me. At Hartlauer 100m further, my cell phone problem was solved in 2 minutes.

Von der jungen Mitarbeiterin am 1.Schalter rechts wurden wir freundlich begrüßt, flott und kompetent beraten und bedient und ebenso freundlich verabschiedeten .Was will man mehr? Daher fünf ? We were at the Magenta Traisenparkshop today, January 11th, 2021 at 9 a.m. The young employee at the first counter on the right greeted us in a friendly manner, gave us quick and competent advice and service, and said goodbye in an equally friendly manner. What more could you want? Hence five ?

Ich war dort meine Sperre für die Wertkarte aufzuheben das ich mein Internet im Ausland nutzen kann,aber die haben es nicht gemacht obwohl sie mir garantiert haben dass alles in ordnung ist.Jetz bin ich in Frankreich ohne mein internet.Ich rufte die Magenta Hotline an und die sagten die Sperre ist nicht aufgehoben und das sie nichts darüber machen können weil ich muss vor Ort im Magenta Shop sein.Wo ich schon war!! Schlimm!! Dreadful!!! Catastrophe!! I was there to unblock my prepaid card so that I can use my internet abroad, but they didn't do it although they guaranteed me that everything was ok. Now I'm in France without my internet. I called the Magenta hotline and they said the lock has not been lifted and that they can't do anything about it because I have to be in the Magenta Shop where I've been !! Terrible!!

I just wanted to change my number, but due to a wretched Magenta employee that cost me about 50 € instead of 10 €, and the number portability has still not worked for a month and a half !!!

Das Handy spinnt total Wlan funktioniert nicht Die Rechnungen sind Brutal man weiß nicht für was man Zahlt. Und zum schluss Würde 0 sterne geben wenn es gehen würde. Instead of €34, I was mostly charged over €100 for a contract with a mobile phone. The cell phone sucks totally Wlan does not work The bills are brutal you don't know what you're paying for. And finally Would give 0 stars if it was possible.
