★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW, so ein guter Service! Bin am Montag dort hingegangen um ein MacBook Ladekabel zu kaufen weil ich Probleme mit dem Laden hatte, da ich einen Wasserschade habe. Es gab leider kein Ladekabel aber ein jüngerer Herr (schwarze Haare) nahm sich die Zeit und versuchte alles um das Problem zu beheben, obwohl es garnicht zu seiner Arbeit gehört. Mein MacBook hatte keinen Akku mehr und man konnte es nicht mehr laden. Er hat mir irgend ein Reset gemacht, dass mein MacBook wieder auf 55% brachte. Somit konnte ich Zuhause meine wichtigsten Daten noch abspeichern und am nächste Tag ging mein Ladekabel aus irgend einen Grund auch wieder. Er gab mir auch sehr viele Tipps und sah in meinen Einstellungen (nachdem er danach fragte) irgend eine Werte nach und erklärte mir was sie bedeuten. Ich war sehr überrascht und er hat mir auch sozusagen das Leben gerettet. Vielen Dank!
WOW such good service! Went there on Monday to buy a MacBook charging cable because I had problems charging because I had water damage. Unfortunately there was no charging cable, but a younger man (black haired) took the time and tried everything to fix the problem, even though it wasn't part of his work. My MacBook ran out of battery and could no longer be charged. He did some kind of reset that brought my MacBook back to 55%. So I was able to save my most important data at home and the next day my charging cable went back for some reason. He also gave me a lot of tips and looked up some values in my settings (after asking about them) and explained to me what they mean. I was very surprised and he also saved my life, so to speak. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr ordentlicher, schöner Store in den City Arkaden. Das Team ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ich hatte ein großes Problem nach der Umstellung auf Smart-SIM welches von der Business-Serviceline mehrfach nicht gelöst werden konnte. Im Drei Shop wurde mir von Herrn Lukas K. unkompliziert und rasch geholfen, obwohl sich die Problemstellung systemseitig von Drei etwas mysteriös darstellte. (SMS Empfang nicht mehr möglich, Versand jedoch schon) Nach 30-45 Minuten verlies ich zufrieden den Store und konnte wieder ordnungsgemäß Nachrichten empfangen. Definitiv empfehlenswert - bester Service!
Very neat, nice store in the City Arkaden. The team is very courteous, friendly and helpful.
I had a big problem after switching to Smart SIM which the business service line could not solve several times. In the Drei Shop I was given uncomplicated and quick help from Mr. Lukas K., although Drei's system-side problem was a bit mysterious. (SMS reception no longer possible, but sending already) After 30-45 minutes I left the store satisfied and was able to receive messages properly again. Definitely recommendable - best service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mitarbeiterin im Shop unfreundlich, wenn man nicht mal Augenkontakt mit dem Kunden halten kann, ist man für mich fehl am Platz in dieser Branche!
Erster & letzter Vertrag bei Drei, definitiv!! Solche Scherereien hatte ich bis jetzt noch mit keinem Anbieter.
Employee in the shop unfriendly, if you can't even keep eye contact with the customer, then for me you are out of place in this industry!
First & last contract with Drei, definitely !! I've never had such trouble with any provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Den besten Service, den ich kenne. Wenn es Probleme gibt, werden Lösungen gesucht, aber keine Ausreden.
Wenn man etwas nicht versteht, weil zu technisch oder ähnliches, wird es einem (ohne Augenrollen oder sonstigem zurschaustellen von Abneigung) so erklärt, dass man es versteht.
Vor allem die ältere Generation in diesem Drei Shop versteht ihr Handwerk, Hut ab!
Geduldig sind sie sehr, das ist sehr angenehm.
Man wird auch nicht gedrängt, dass man irgendein Zubehör kauft, dass man nicht brauchen kann.
Vielmehr wird im Verkaufsgespräch sehr genau zugehört, wo die Bedürfnisse liegen, und dann wird etwas passendes dazu empfohlen.
Ein sympathischer Shop, alle Achtung!

If you do not understand something because it is too technical or something similar, it will be explained to you (without rolling your eyes or showing off dislike) in such a way that you understand it.
Especially the older generation in this three shop understands their craft, hats off!
They are very patient, which is very pleasant.
You are also not pushed to buy any accessories that you can not use.
Rather, the sales pitch listens very carefully to where the needs are and then something appropriate is recommended.
A friendly shop, all attention!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!! Das Personal in den City Arkaden ist eine Frechheit, unfreundlich und inkompetent noch dazu. Da entscheidet man sich für eine Vertragsverlängerung OHNE Zusatzpakete und es werden einem trotzdem welche dran gehängt, ohne dass man überhaupt was davon weiß. Tolle Verkaufsstrategie, den Kunden kein bisschen drüber aufzuklären und heimlich was in den Vertrag zu packen um ihn teurer zu machen. Hinzu kommt, dass bei der Frage, ob bei einer Vertragsverlängerung zusätzliche Kosten entstehen würden, einfach geschwiegen und das ganze verneint wird. Und plötzlich ist da die Handyrechnung mit satte 120 Euro zu zahlen. ? Ich war schon lange nicht mehr so verärgert was Service und Personal betrifft!!!! Bei dieser Firmen-Philosophie war es wohl ein Fehler, sich wieder unnötig lange binden zu lassen - das war das letzte Mal!!!
Absolutely not to be recommended! The staff in the City Arkaden is a cheek, unfriendly and incompetent at that. You decide on a contract extension WITHOUT additional packages and some are still attached to them without you even knowing anything about them. Great sales strategy, not telling the customer a bit about it and secretly packing something into the contract to make it more expensive. In addition, the question of whether additional costs would arise from a contract extension is simply kept silent and the whole thing is denied. And suddenly the cell phone bill has to be paid with a whopping 120 euros. ? I haven't been so angry about service and staff in a long time !!!! With this company philosophy it was probably a mistake to let yourself be tied for an unnecessarily long time - that was the last time !!!
