Geht auf Ängste des Kindes ein, erklärt dem Kind was er machen möchte und nimmt dem Kind so die Angst. Auf Augenhöhe mit dem Kind, das immer ins Gespräch eingeladen wird - mit Fragen und Antworten, die das Kind versteht. Absolut großartiger Mensch!
