Clear recommendation, friendly, both on the phone and at the registration desk, a really nice and hard-working therapist, I feel very well cared for here!
T	TheWinterVision on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kann ich nicht empfehlen. Ich wollte nur eine Terminanfrage machen per Telefon. Ist absolut unmöglich. Ich soll persönlich vorbeikommen nur um einen Termin zu machen!?! Wo gibt es denn sowas? Dafür hat doch kein Mensch Zeit. Wofür gibt es Telefone und Internet? Angeblich dürfen Sie keine Daten per Telefon erfragen :-D Aber jede andere Praxis kann es? I don't recommend it. I just wanted to make an appointment request by phone. Is absolutely impossible. I'm supposed to come by in person just to make an appointment!?! Where do you get that? Nobody has time for that. What are phones and internet for? Allegedly you are not allowed to ask for data by phone :-D But any other practice can?
P	Petra Traninger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich wären NULL Sterne passend; bei meiner Behandlung in der Vergangenheit bekam ich nicht das, was mein Hausarzt (der meinen Zustand kennt) verschrieben hat sondern sehr viel Gymnastik die mir absolut nichts brachte und eher für wesentlich Ältere Personen ausgelegt war; die Massagen waren verglichen zu jedem anderen Institut bzw. Privatanbieter auch absolut nicht gleichwertig, alles auf schnell schnell und so NICHTansträngend für den Masseur wie möglich also eher streicheln...für Cervikalsyndrom ebenso sinnlos; Empfangsdamen unfassbar unfreundlich... Actually, ZERO stars would be appropriate; In my treatment in the past, I did not get what my family doctor (who knows my condition) prescribed, but a lot of gymnastics that brought absolutely nothing to me and was designed for much older people; Compared to any other institute or private provider, the massages were absolutely not of the same quality, everything was done quickly, quickly and as NOT exhausting for the masseur as possible, so rather caressing ... for cervical syndrome just as senseless; Receptionists incredibly unfriendly ...

Nach mehreren Versuchen konnte ich endlich einen Termin für meinen Rücken bekommen, musste aber 20 Euro fürs zu Spät kommen zahlen. Darüber hinaus hätte ein zweiter Behandlungstermin stattfinden sollen, aber das wurde so unprofessionell behandelt, so dass alle weiteren Termine storniert wurden. Das Rezeptionsteam gehört besser geschult. So unfreundlich. At the beginning I was never treated so badly at the reception. After several attempts I was finally able to get an appointment for my back, but had to pay 20 euros for being late. In addition, a second treatment appointment should have taken place, but this was treated so unprofessionally that all further appointments were canceled. The reception team should be better trained. So rude.

Ich war als "Übersetzer" dabei und trotzdem hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Vielen Dank. I have to say I don't understand the bad reviews. Very polite staff at reception and a very nice and competent doctor. I was there as a "translator" and still everything worked out wonderfully. Many Thanks.

Die Ärztin hat sich Zeit genommen, Fragen beantwortet und hat sogar wegen dem Stützstrumpf persönlich bei Bständig angerufen, damit es schnell geht. Die Damen von Empfang sind immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Therapeuten gehen auf mich ein und sind sehr bemüht und nett. Top!! Vielen Dank! I feel very well taken care of. The doctor took her time, answered questions and even called Bständig personally about the support stocking so that it could be done quickly. The ladies at reception are always very friendly and helpful. The therapists respond to me and are very hard-working and nice. Top!! Thanks very much!

S	Steliana Kokonova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I NEVER write Google Reviews but this time I will. I didn't go to this place in the end but I don't recommend it to anyone. They are so rude! I called to try and get an appointment and the lady who answered the phone was terrible. I have never spoken to anyone so unfriendly in the context of a medical procedure. I just wanted to get some information about the appointments they have, if they can give me the physiotherapy I need, etc. Instead I got yelled at and the lady almost hung up on me when she realized I might need an appointment for longer than they usually offer. Even when I told her she is being very unfriendly she didn't take the feedback and did not use the moment to apologize. We all have bad days but this is beyond anything I ever heard. Do not go there unless you want to get rushed and yelled at! I know I won't.
