S	S Vsic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ärzte sehr freundlich und gut. Aber Dame an der Rezeption mit braunen Haaren furchtbar. Lästert über Patienten und schüttelt kopf am Telefon. Hebt nie ab am Telefon!! Zu lange Wartezeite mit Termin. Doctors very friendly and good. But lady at the reception with brown hair terrible. Blaspheme about patient and shake his head on the phone. Never pick up on the phone !! Too long wait with appointment.
R	Ramba Zamba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ordinationshelferinnen/Sekretärinnen sind so was von unhöflich! Immer und immer wieder! Die würden einen am liebsten wohl ausm Fenster werfen. Die Damen haben wohl nie gelernt ihren Ton zu kontrollieren, und auch wenn mal viel los is in der Ordi (und das is es immer!), ihren Frust nicht am Patienten auszulassen!! The ordination assistants / secretaries are so rude! Over and over again! They would like to throw you out of the window. The ladies have probably never learned to control their tone, and even if there is a lot going on in the Ordi (and it always is!), Do not take their frustration out on the patient !!
W	Wolfgang Nickel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war gestern erstmals in dieser Praxis, schon an der Rezeption wurde ich sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich empfangen obwohl für meine Begriffe extrem viele Patienten dort waren und einige beinahe unfreundlich agierten (teils unverständlich in einer Mischung aus mehreren Sprachen ...) Trotzdem behielten die 2 Damen beachtliche Ruhe. Die Voruntersuchung lief sehr professionell ab, getoppt noch von der Ärztin welche sich für die Evaluierung meines Gesundheitszustandes (Ultraschall an Herz, Lunge, Leber, Verdauungstrackt inkl. Blase) sehr viel Zeit genommen hat und mich detailliert über meine Diabetes2 aufgeklärt hat inkl. Einstellung und kurzer Einschulung. Ich fühle mich hier sehr gut betreut und ernstgenommen! Danke schön dem Team, diese Empathie ist nicht mehr so leicht zu finden heutzutage wo man sich zumeist eher nur mehr wie eine Nummer abgefertigt fühlt. Ich werde diese Internisten-Praxis in meinem Umfeld sicherlich weiterempfehlen! I was in this practice for the first time yesterday, at the reception I was greeted very courteously and friendly, although for my terms there were extremely many patients and some were almost unfriendly (sometimes incomprehensible in a mixture of several languages ...) Nevertheless, the 2 women kept their calm. The preliminary examination was very professional, topped by the doctor who took a lot of time to evaluate my state of health (ultrasound on the heart, lungs, liver, digestive tract including bladder) and gave me detailed information about my diabetes2, including the setting and short schooling. I feel very well looked after and taken seriously here! Thank you to the team, this empathy is no longer so easy to find these days when you mostly feel more like a number. I will certainly recommend this internist practice in my area!
D	Daniel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte einen älteren Befund eines anderen Facharztes aus Wien dabei. Dazu Frau Dr. Feldner-Busztin: "ich weiß nicht, was er meint". Ja bitte, wenn ein Internist nicht versteht, was der Kollege aus dem gleichen Fachgebiet in einen Befund schreibt, dann hätte ich schon gerne, dass die Kasse einen Besuch bei Frau Dr. Feldner-Busztin erst dann bezahlt, wenn sie sich vorher informiert, oder einen Auffrischungskurs macht, was weiß ich??? Außerdem werden ohne konkreten Anlaß Voruntersuchungen in der Ordination gemacht, über deren Ergebnis man nicht informiert wird, weder schriftlich noch mündlich. Da kann man nur sagen: Hauptsache die Kasse stimmt! Bezahlen tuns eh die Patienten mit ihren Beiträgen. Had an older report from another specialist from Vienna with me. One can only say: the main thing is that the cash register is right! Patients pay with their contributions anyway.

Hinter dem Lächeln versteckt sich eine Fließband-Einstellung gegenüber dem Patienten. Teilweise fielen Aussagen wie: "Ich habe aber nicht soviel Zeit" und "das habe Ich ihnen schon gesagt". Man verlässt die Praxis mit einem seltsamen Gefühl der Unzufriedenheit und der Nicht-Wahrnehmung des eigenen Problems durch den Arzt. Vielen Dank. Nie wieder !!! Komme wieder . Empfehlenswert. I found myself "in good hands". Was with Ms. Dr. Wichlas - she made a competent impression and was friendly. The ladies in the anteroom are all right. Come back . Recommendable.

G	Gabriele Stuerzl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man bekommt sehr schnell einen Termin, ist ja auch sehr wichtig für eine OP Vorbereitung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt auch verschiedene Arten von Untersuchungen. Ich komme zwar vom 9. Bezirk, aber die Fahrzeit für diese tolle Ordination nehme ich gerne in Kauf.
