v	volodymyr brodzinskyy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ frau dr. piringer ist eine der weniger ärztinen in wien, die ihre patienten nicht wie auf dem fliessband behandelt; sehr menschlich und kompetent....das gilt auch ihre ihre ordinationsassistentin; die IMMER HILFSBEREIT ist und ihre aufgaben professionell und äußerst effizient erledigt. ..obwohl ich seit einigen jahren im 13. bezirk zu hause bin, würde ich diese ordination nie gegen eine andere tauschen ... Miss Dr. piringer is one of the few doctors in vienna who does not treat her patients as if they were on an assembly line; very human and competent .... this also applies to her your ordination assistant; who is ALWAYS READY to help and does her job professionally and extremely efficiently. .. although i have been at home in the 13th district for a few years, i would never exchange this ordination for another ...
B	BM P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir brauchten wegen dem verlängerten Wochenende dringend ein Rezept für ein Medikament welches der Apotheker nicht auf Einsatz hergeben wollte. Da unser praktischer Arzt wegen Quarantäne geschlossen hatte und seine Vertretung bereits an diesem Tag keine Ordination mehr hatte, haben wir verzweifelt angerufen und gefragt ob man uns dieses auf die E-Card spielen könnte. Obwohl wir noch nie bei dieser Ärztin waren haben wir es jedoch bekommen. Vielen herzlichen Dank an die superfreundliche Ordinationsassistentin die und aus dieser blöden Lage geholfen hat!! Because of the long weekend, we urgently needed a prescription for a drug that the pharmacist did not want to give away. Since our general practitioner had closed due to quarantine and his representative no longer had an ordination that day, we desperately called and asked if they could play this on our e-card. Although we have never been to this doctor, we have received it. Many thanks to the super-friendly doctor's assistant who helped us out of this stupid situation!

Die Ordinationshilfe ist auch nur ein Mensch und tut ihren Job, kann verstehen wenn man nervige Patienten hat und das am Ende des Tages das Lächeln ausbleibt, das hat eh jeder von uns. A great, experienced doctor who takes her time, you have to wait everywhere! I know worse doctors who are arrogant. The ordination assistant is only a person and does its job, can understand when you have annoying patients and that at the end of the day you don't smile, everyone of us has that anyway.

Der Schreibtisch der Ordinationshilfe war komplett unordentlich und es stapelte sich alles mögliche, sie selbst schien auch etwas überfordert. Wenn man aufgerufen wird muss man Glück haben dass man es hört, da die Ärztin von ihrem Schreibtisch aus ruft oftmals bei angelehnter Tür und das Wartezimmer 2 Zimmer weiter ist, wenn dann noch jemand redet im Wartezimmer oder vorne an der Ordination geredet wird hört man fast nichts. Als ich heute da war habe ich festgestellt dass die Ärztin selbst erst 10 Minuten nach Öffnung da war und schon einige Patienten vor ihr in der Praxis waren. Und schon wieder habe ich sehr lange gewartet. Die Ärztin selbst ist recht freundlich und macht ihren Job, dennoch ist der Gesamteindruck eher negativ und ich werde mir einen anderen Hausarzt suchen fürs nächste Mal. If you are called you have to be lucky that you can hear it, because the doctor often calls from her desk with the door ajar and the waiting room is 2 rooms further, if someone is still talking in the waiting room or at the front of the ordination, you can almost hear nothing. When I was there today I noticed that the doctor herself was only there 10 minutes after opening and that a few patients were already in the practice before her. And again I've waited a long time. The doctor herself is very friendly and does her job, but the overall impression is rather negative and I will look for another family doctor for the next time.
