Hab ein chronisches Ohrnleiden und bin sehr oft dort Montags muss man mit einer Wartezeit rechnen aber trotzdem geht es immer sehr zügig und ich warte lieber als nochmal einen anderen HNO Arzt aufzusuchen. Die Arzthelferin sind auch Top und sehr nett. Alles im allen einfach nur Daumen hoch :) Mr. Dr. Brugger is the best ENT doctor in Villach !!! I have a chronic ear problem and I am there very often. On Mondays you have to expect a waiting time, but it is always very quick and I prefer to wait than to visit another ENT doctor again. The nurses are also great and very nice. All in all just thumbs up :)
A	An Lu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bodenlose Frechheit! Nach stundenlangem Warten wird man zu viert aufgerufen und wartet dann im Stehen (bei oft schlechter körperlicher Verfassung) direkt vorm Arztzimmer. Ich wurde binnen 5 Minuten - sehr unhöflich- abgefertigt, auf meine Fragen und Bedenken wurde nicht eingegangen. Auf die Frage woher meine Schmerzen und meine Symptome kommen wurde mit "Weiß ich nicht" geantwortet. Zusätzlich wird JEDEM Patienten (unabhängig der Symptomatik) ein Hörtest aufs Auge gedrückt. Selbst gegen meine Einwende, dass es meinen Ohren gut ginge und dies nichts mit meinen Beschwerden zu tun hätte. Bottomless impudence! After hours of waiting you are called to four and then waiting while standing (often poor physical condition) directly in front of the doctor's room. I was within 5 minutes - very rude- cleared, my questions and concerns were not discussed. When asked where my pain and symptoms come from, I do not know. In addition, EVERY patient (regardless of the symptoms) is given a hearing test. Even against my objection, that my ears were well and that had nothing to do with my complaints.

Keine wartezeit die Helferinnen waren total lieb und freundlich und Top Arzt was will man mehr Also hier komm ich gerne wieder her Top Top Top had a follow-up examination after my almond op I was finished in 15min !!!! No wait, the helpers were totally lovely and friendly and top doctor what more could you want So I'm happy to come back here

War vor 11Uhr30 dort und wurde von der Dame in der Aufnahme angeschnauzt, was ich eigentlich glaube , die Leute warten schon drei Stunden und sie könne mich nicht mehr annehmen. Sie ließ mich einfach stehen und ging. So kann man Patienten nicht behandeln! Never again!! Was there before 11:30 am and was snapped at by the lady in the reception, which I actually think, people have been waiting for three hours and she can no longer accept me. She just left me and left. This is not how you can treat patients!

Herr Brugger konnte mir sehr gut helfen und mei e Ohrenschmerzen sind so gut wie weg, er wusste sofort was ich habe und es war ein zackiger Besuch. Auch die Assistentinen sind sehr nett. Without appointment, you can come here. Extremely fast process but exactly. Mr. Brugger was able to help me very well and my earache is almost gone, he immediately knew what I had and it was a jagged visit. The assistants are very nice too.
