Der Grundbuchseintrag hat sich über mehrere Monate gezogen, da Dokumente verschlampt wurden und dadurch mehrere Termine für Unterschriften benötigt wurden. Beim Übersehen des Ausgleichs der Rechnung gab es dann 0 Kooperation und nur Vorwürfe, aber bei ihren eigenen Fehlern wird um Verständnis gebeten. The entry in the land register took several months because documents were messed up and several deadlines were needed for signing. If you overlooked the settlement of the invoice, there was then 0 cooperation and only reproaches, but your own mistakes are asked for understanding. Weak..

I needed an NOC to be notarized which they did very fast. I can't comment if it was expensive or not since this was my first time notarizing any document. It will be great if they start accepting card payment :)
