Es war für mich ein Grund ohne Termin zu gehen ... wirklich sehr unangemessen so ein Verhalten!!! Very unfriendly and disinterested receptionist - derogatory & arrogant. It was a reason for me to go without an appointment ... really very inappropriate behavior like that !!!

Deswegen kam es auch zu keinem Termin meinerseits. Ms. W. takes the calls and acts as a business card for a practice, so to speak, is a disgrace for any good doctor. Rude and arrogant !! That's why there was no appointment on my part.

Bin seit vielen Jahren Patientin war immer sehr zufrieden, aber die letzte male kam ich mir wie ein Bittsteller vor der stört,schade The team was very friendly and very nice and was examined by his colleague, but the doctor doesn't even say hello. S	Steffen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, Herr Dr. Reichenpfader ist wirklich kompetent. Angenehmes Wartezimmer, sogar mit Kaffeeautomat. Alles ist klimatisiert. Parkplätze gibt es nur wenig. Aber ein Parkhaus ist ganz in der Nähe. All staff are very friendly, Dr. med. Reichenpfader is really competent. Pleasant waiting room, even with coffee machine. Everything is air conditioned. Parking is limited. But a parking garage is very close.

Vor Monate haben wir einen Termin ausgemacht mit Bestätigung gekommen aber sie meinte dass Termin nicht bekannt ist danach meinte Sie das wir den Termin storniert haben und sie anlügen!! Kräuter lose Mensch einfach!! Ihr Fehler an anderer Menschen schieben kann sie sehr gut! Mr. Doctor is very nice but the secretary is not worth it! Months ago we made an appointment with a confirmation but she said that the date is not known after that she said that we have canceled the appointment and they are lying! Herbal loose man easy !! She can push her mistakes on to other people very well!
