Datei per Mail zu öffnen und hat noch nie etwas von Bluetooth gehört. Es gab noch Vieles bevor man ohne Erfolg das Geschäft wieder verlassen hat. Nie wieder!!! The service, if it goes beyond a copy, is rude, incompetent, and arrogant. Help is expected to be 0. The staff is unable to create a jpg. Open file via mail and has never heard of Bluetooth. There was still a lot before you left the store without success. Never again!!!

Ich bin eigentlich ein regelmäßiger Kunde gewesen, wollte beim letzten mal jedoch nur kurz etwas für einen Termin ausdrucken. Nun ja - das hat der Herr auch gemacht, bis er mitten drinnen einen Anruf bekommen hat & ich plötzlich komplett irrelevant für Ihn war. Als ich ansprach (freundlich), ob er meinen Auftrag nun erledigen könne, hat er den USB Stick abgezogen und ihn mir einfach entgegengeworfen und lautstark gesagt: "Suach da an anderen der da des ausdruckt" Ich war weder unfreundlich noch sonstiges, aber wenn ich als Kunde bedient werde und im Stress bin, erwarte ich von einem Betrieb das der Auftrag erledigt wird und nicht das der Mitarbeiter während meines Auftrages plötzlich 10 Minuten anfängt zu telefonieren. Hätte der Mitarbeiter gesagt, es ist wichtig, hätte ich schon Verständnis, aber mich einfach anschreien als ich gesagt habe, das ich im Stress bin ist unter aller Sau! Nie wieder - es gibt genug andere die freundlicher, kompetenter und preiswerter sind. Lg By far the worst and most unfriendly copy shop in all of Salzburg! I've actually been a regular customer, but the last time I just wanted to print something out for an appointment. Well - the gentleman did that too, until he got a call in the middle & I was suddenly completely irrelevant to him. When I asked (in a friendly manner) whether he could do my job now, he pulled the USB stick off and just threw it at me and said loudly: "Look at someone else who's printing it out" I was neither unfriendly nor anything else, but when I am served as a customer and am stressed, I expect a company to do the job and not that the employee suddenly starts calling for 10 minutes during my job. If the employee had said it was important, I would understand, but just yell at me when I said that I was stressed out! Never again - there are enough others who are friendlier, more competent and cheaper. Lg
