A	Anamaria Ratiu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundlich, bis sie das Honorar kassiert haben. Danach wird Mandant wissentlich ignoriert. Keine Kompetenz in Sachen Forderungsbetreibung!! Null Interesse für übernommenen Fall oder für eine Lösung. Bei mir wurde eine Exekution länger als 2 Jahre verzögert, weil die Kanzlei grob fahrlässig agierte - es wurden Summen falsch zusammengerechnet und bei Gericht eingereicht, worauf der Antrag abgelehnt wurde. Meine Mails mit einfachen und klaren Fragen wurden Monate lang nicht beantwortet, Terminanfragen nicht beachtet. Dokumente vom Gericht wurden mir per E-Mail einen Tag vor Fristablauf zugeschickt, obwohl sie der Kanzlei schon eine Woche früher vorlagen. Mir wurde zudem geraten, mich außergerichtlich für 10% der Forderungssumme zu einigen, was ich natürlich abgelehnt habe. Jetzt bin ich in der Situation, dass ich mit der Gegenseite eine passable Lösung verhandelt habe, wir sind uns alle einig und die Kanzlei Prankl verzögert seit über einer Woche dies der Gegenseite schriftlich zu bestätigen. Sie beantworten keine E-Mails und sind auch telefonisch nicht zu erreichen. Überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert!! Eine kompetenter Anwalt verhält sich nicht so. Friendly, until they have cashed the fee. After that, client is knowingly ignored. No competence in terms of debt collection !! Zero interest in inherited case or for a solution. For me, an execution was delayed for more than 2 years because the firm acted in a grossly negligent manner - sums were miscalculated and filed in court, and the application was denied. My mails with simple and clear questions were not answered for months, deadline requests were ignored. Documents from the court were sent to me by e-mail the day before the deadline, even though they were already available to the firm one week earlier. I was also advised to settle out of court for 10% of the claim, which of course I have rejected. Now I am in the situation that I have negotiated with the other side of a reasonable solution, we are all agreed and the law firm Prankl delayed for over a week to confirm the opposite side in writing. They do not answer e-mails and can not be reached by phone. Not recommended at all !! A competent lawyer does not behave like that.

Dr. Hellmut Prankl has the big advantage - you understand what he's talking about - that's not the case with many lawyers. Mr. Prankl explains the matter to you in an understandable and human way - and - he is a technical expert - I booked him as a permanent lawyer ;-). He gets 6 out of 5 stars from me !!!!!

Leider mehr Schein als sein. Kann ich niemandem weiter empfehlen. Although we have an appointment with Mr. Prankl, there is no response to our calls. We are constantly informed that we will be called back. Unfortunately, it is more appearances than it is. I can't recommend anyone.
