Ich habe ihn begleitet weil er (auf Grund eines Schlaganfalls vor ein paar Monaten) sich manchmal schwer orientieren kann. Es fällt ihm auch nicht immer leicht sich Dinge zu merken. Als wir im Wartezimmer gesessen sind hat mich die Dame vom Empfang extrem unfreundlich und überheblich aus der Praxis geschmisse. Ich konnte ihr gar nicht mehr erklären warum ich als Begleitperson mitgekommen bin. (Begleitpersonen sind ja wegen corona nicht erlaubt was ich im Normalfall durchaus verstehe). Schon beim ersten Besuch in dieser Praxis ist uns aufgefallen dass diese Dame sehr unfreundlich und herablassend war. Dieses mal war es noch extremer als beim 1. Mal. Wir haben uns selten so unwohl gefühlt und werden uns jetzt nach einem/einer neuen Arzt/Ärztin umsehen. It was the second time that my partner was with Dr. Stelzmüller. I accompanied him because (due to a stroke a few months ago) he sometimes found it difficult to find his way around. It is not always easy for him to remember things. When we were sitting in the waiting room, the receptionist threw me out of my practice extremely unfriendly and arrogant. I could no longer explain to her why I came as an escort. (Accompanying persons are not allowed because of corona, which I normally understand). During our first visit to this practice, we noticed that this lady was very rude and condescending. This time it was even more extreme than the first time. We have rarely felt so uncomfortable and will now look for a new doctor.

Einziges Manko - telefonisch nur sehr schwer zu erreichen. Very nice lady at the front desk, very on the ball! Miss Dr. Stelzmüller is very competent and friendly and takes time for her patients. I can only recommend. The only drawback - very difficult to reach by phone.

Nicht nur ist sie unglaublich unfreundlich, sondern behandelt die Patienten ohne jeglichen Respekt. Dies traf nicht nur auf mich zu, sondern auch bei einem älteren Herren. Dieser wurde dermaßen respektlos und unfreundlich behandelt. Sehr schade. Schöne Praxis leider fehlt die Freundlichkeit. The doctor looked okay, not really overly friendly, but acceptable. The opposite is true of their receptionist. Not only is she incredibly rude, but she treats the patients without any respect. This applied not only to me, but also to an elderly gentleman. He was treated so disrespectfully and unkindly. It's a shame. Nice practice, unfortunately, the friendliness is missing.

Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Very very nice doctor, I felt very well taken care of. Spends a lot of time with patients and really cares about them. I'm really very satisfied. I can only recommend.
