Stock über Lift erreichbar Super doctor, very friendly, only a short wait for an appointment and also in the office itself. The rooms are very modern and can be reached on the 1st floor by elevator

Dort angekommen wurde mir als Erstes mitgeteilt dass nächste Woche Urlaub und übernächste Woche Ostern ist - also keiner da. Einen Termin gibt es erst Mitte Mai... DANKE!! Am with severe pain in the larynx area (for days no voice) from my family doctor to Dr. med. Genser has been transferred. There I was first informed that next week is holiday and next week Easter - so no one there. An appointment is only in the middle of May ... THANK YOU !!

Jedesmal heißt es:,,Wir sind schon voll,, oder :,,Wir sind heute schon fertig!,, Der Arzt hingegen ist sehr freundlich und hat mir noch immer geholfen! Ich wäre neugierig, ob das Verhalten der Frauen, im Sinne des Arztes ist? It is an impertinence that I always get from the women who are Dr. Genser work, in spite of pain and barely voice, will not be taken !? M	Michaela Duckhorn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde es unmöglich, dass man am gleichen Tag an dem man einen Termin hat (15 min vor dem Termin) angerufen wird und der Termin abgesagt wird, weil Herr Dr. Genser den ganzen Tag eine Schulung hat und keine Termine wahrnehmen kann - als würde man nicht schon einige Tage zuvor wissen dass man eine Schulung hat! Das ist mir nun schon dass zweite mal passiert! Beim zweiten mal war er plötzlich krank, was mir natürlich leid tut und er nichts dafür kann... es ist jedoch ärgerlich, wenn man mit Schmerzen im Ohr auf einen Termin in zwei Wochen vertröstet wird! I find it impossible that you are called on the same day you have an appointment (15 minutes before the appointment) and the appointment is canceled because Dr. Genser has a training course all day and cannot keep any appointments - as if you didn't know a few days in advance that you have a training course! This has happened to me the second time! The second time he was suddenly sick, which of course I'm sorry and he can't help it ... but it's annoying when you are put off for an appointment in two weeks with pain in your ear!

Wirklich zum weiter empfehlen :-) Had an appointment today, I really have to say that I was very surprised at how friendly and competent the whole team was!!!!! Really to recommend :-)
