L	Lili Anka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann die vielen negativen Reviews echt nicht nachvollziehen. Was erwartet man von einem Kassenarzt? Es gibt kaum Menschen, die jeden Tag zu jedem extrem freundlich sind. Ich war ohne Termin dort, weil ich einen Unfall mit Ohrenstöpsel hatte. Wartezeit war ok und Dr. Kuchler war sehr bemüht es zu beheben, die Anmeldung war einfach, Ordination ist total ok! I really can not understand the many negative reviews. What do you expect from a doctor? There are hardly any people who are extremely friendly to everyone everyday. I was there without an appointment because I had an earplugs accident. Waiting time was ok and dr. Kuchler was very hard to fix, the registration was easy, ordination is totally ok!

Machte die nötige Untersuchung auch nicht, wegen der mich mein Arzt überwiesen hat....verschrieb mir zwei sehr teure Medikamente in den 2 min. die er sich für mich nahm, diese brauchte ich gar nicht, wie es sich später herausstellte. Musste wegen der besagte Untersuchung zu einem anderen HNO Arzt und der hat mich auch richtig mit Ultraschall und der Nasenkamera untersucht. Nicht empfehlenswert! The doctor was not interested in me as a patient, everything went fast, did not want to hear my complaints. Did not make the necessary investigation, because of my doctor has referred me .... prescribed me two very expensive drugs in the 2 min. which he took for me, I did not need it, as it turned out later. Had because of the said investigation to another ENT doctor and he has also examined me properly with ultrasound and the nose camera. Not recommended!
D	Doris Heiden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dieser Praxis und dem Arzt. Es sind alle sehr freundlich und keine langen Wartezeiten. Bei einem akuten Anliegen bin ich auch innerhalb 5min dran gekommen (ganz in der Früh). Kann diese Praxis nur weiterempfehlen und ich bin froh einen tollen HNO Arzt gefunden zu haben. I am really very satisfied with this practice and the doctor. Everyone is very friendly and there are no long waiting times. In the case of an acute concern, I got it within 5 minutes (very early in the morning). I can only recommend this practice and I am glad to have found a great ENT doctor.

Nach kurzer Zeit war mein Problem Geschichte. Sehr zu empfehlen, komme wieder. Vielen Dank. I called and reported my problem, got an appointment immediately. Es war, ungewollt, der kürzeste Arztbesuch meines Lebens, nicht positiv gemeint. Der Arzt vermittelt einem den Eindruck, er habe keinen Bock sich mit deiner Problematik ernsthaft auseinanderzusetzen. Keine Lüge: Ich war 1 Minute im Untersuchungsraum, 1 Minute. Kein Witz. Meinen Geschmack trifft es nicht voreilig Schlüsse über einen Arzt zu treffen. Hier fehlen mir aber die Worte. As I work in the health sector myself, it is important to me to report on "visits to the doctor". The apostrophe is intentional. It was, unintentionally, the shortest visit to the doctor in my life, not meant in a positive way. The doctor gives you the impression that he is not in the mood to seriously deal with your problem. No lie: I was in the examination room for 1 minute, 1 minute. No joke. It is not my taste to jump to conclusions about a doctor. But words fail me here.
K	Katja W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit akuten Beschwerden ohne Termin hingegangen. Alle freundlich und kompetent. Covid Konzept wird toll umgesetzt. Ich kann die schlechten Rezensionen nicht verstehen. Behandlung rasch und dennoch gründlich. Ich persönlich mag langwierige Arzt / Patientengespräche nicht so gerne daher passt das sehr gut. Went there without an appointment with acute complaints. All friendly and competent. Covid concept is implemented great. I can't understand the bad reviews. Treatment quickly and yet thoroughly. Personally, I don't like lengthy doctor / patient discussions so that fits very well.
