★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zu den "fairsorgern" - wie sie sich selbst nennen - das war die teuerste Stromrechnung, die ich je gezahlt habe: für 750kWh heisse 200€. Man bekommt auch die Monatsanfänge und --enden schön aufgeschlagen, dass man es im Nachhinein dann bereut, dass man nicht gleich woanders den Strom bezogen hat. Stromlieferung ging allerdings prompt (Anlage aufdrehen), dass muss man Ihnen als Netzbetreiber lassen.
To the "fairsorgern" - as they call themselves - that was the most expensive electricity bill that I have ever paid: for 750kWh is 200 €. You also get the beginning and end of the month nicely opened, that afterwards you regret not having used the electricity elsewhere. Electricity delivery went promptly (turn up the system), you have to leave that to you as the network operator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ da kannst anrufen wann und so oft du willst. Es meldet sich niemand, bist ewig in der Warteschleife. Da kannst auch eine Stunde in der Warteschleife hängen. Anscheinend habe sie Telefonkunden nicht notwendig.
you can call whenever and as often as you want. Nobody answers, you're on hold forever. There can be an hour on hold. Apparently she does not need telephone customers.
