U	Ulli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle, nette, sympathische Ärztin. Auch die Dame beim Hör bzw Allergietest wirklich sehr nett. Wartezeit mit Termin absolut ok. Auf Termin muss man leider ein bißchen warten aber bei so einer Top Ärztin nicht verwunderlich Great, nice, personable doctor. Also the lady at the hearing or allergy test was really very nice. Waiting time with appointment absolutely ok. Unfortunately, you have to wait a bit for an appointment, but with such a top doctor, that's not surprising

Vor einem Monat hatte ich ziemlich Ohrenschmerzen und bin sonntags in die Notaufnahme gefahren. Dort wurde eine Mittelohrentzündung diagnostiziert und um eine Kontrolle und ein Audio beim HNO-Arzt in der darauffolgenden Woche gebeten. Ich hab also bei euch angerufen- bin ja seit Jahren immer bei euch in Behandlung gewesen. Dieses Mal wurde ich ziemlich schroff einfach abgewiesen, die nächsten Termine gibt es im November bekam ich als Antwort. Auch als ich die akuten Schmerzen nochmals erwähnte, bekam ich lediglich die Antwort: "Da muss ich passen!" Mir fehlen wirklich die Worte! Ich hab also einen Termin bei einer anderen Ärztin ausgemacht- und durfte übrigens gleich am nächsten Tag vorbei kommen! I think I've been a patient with you for about ten years. A month ago I had a pretty bad earache and went to the emergency room on Sundays. An otitis media was diagnosed there and asked for a check-up and an audio session with the ENT doctor the following week. So I called you - I've always been in treatment with you for years. This time I was turned away rather harshly, the next appointments will be in November as an answer. When I mentioned the acute pain again, I only got the answer: "I have to fit!" Words really fail me! So I made an appointment with another doctor - and by the way, I was allowed to come by the next day!
J	Julia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bekomme seit 3 Wochen keine Luft durch die Nase, nach Medikamentenbehandlung durch Hausärztin keine Besserung, habe von ihr Überweisung bekommen, dass ich wenn es trotz Medikamenten nicht besser wird zu hno Ärztin gehen soll und wurde zu Dr. Beranek überwiesen. Als ich heute bei ihr war, verzweifelt und komplett angeschwollen - also wirklich ein Notfall - wurde ich trotz Überweisung und schlechtem Zustand weggeschickt und mir wurde ein Termin in 2 Wochen angeboten! So viel zum Thema hypokratischer Eid!! I haven't been able to breathe through my nose for 3 weeks, no improvement after medication treatment by my family doctor, I got a referral from her that if things don't get better despite medication, I should go to an ent doctor and see Dr. Beranek transferred. When I was with her today, desperate and completely swollen - so really an emergency - I was sent away despite the referral and in poor condition and I was offered an appointment in 2 weeks! So much for the hypocratic oath !!
A	Antonia Düss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde als NOTFALLPATIENT (Sinusitis) verzweifelt von der netten Dame an der Rezeption abgewiesen da ich nicht geimpft bin und auch kein negatives PCR Ergebnis hatte. Ich musste mit extremen Schmerzen die Ordination verlassen. Mir wurde zwar angeboten das ich einen Anruf bekomme da Sie mit der Ärztin diesen Problemfall besprechen würde jedoch könne dies dauern.. Auch Stunden... Nächsten Tag war Feiertag. Ich habe alternativ dann telefonisch versucht einen anderen Arzt zu kontaktieren dieser hat mich in meiner Verzweiflung eine Stunde später aufgenommen (Herr Dr. Posawetz) DIAGNOSE Sinusitis akut... Menschen die so etwas gehabt haben können sich vorstellen was das für ein Martyrium ist. Danke nochmals an die netten Damen an der Rezeption - so weit sind wir gekommen. Hoffentlich sind sie nie in so einer Notlage und benötigen dringend Hilfe. As an EMERGENCY PATIENT (sinusitis) I was desperately turned away by the nice lady at the reception because I am not vaccinated and I did not have a negative PCR result. I had to leave the ordination in extreme pain. I was offered a call because you would discuss this problem with the doctor, but this could take hours ... Even hours ... The next day was a public holiday. As an alternative, I then tried to contact another doctor by phone who, in my desperation, took me in an hour later (Dr. Posawetz) DIAGNOSIS Sinusitis acute ... People who have had something like this can imagine what a martyrdom it is. Thanks again to the nice ladies at the reception - we have come that far. Hopefully they are never in such dire straits and need urgent help.

Very nice and competent doctor. The employees are also very accommodating. Got an appointment right away with minimal wait time.
M	Monica A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Frau Beranek ist mit Sicherheit die beste Ärztin die ich je gefunden habe ? beim Beschwerden oder nicht wirst du bei ihr immer gleich Lieb Beraten . Ich kann sie von Herz aus nur weiter empfehlen ??? Ms. Beranek is definitely the best doctor I've ever found ? if you have a complaint or not, you will always get good advice from her. I can only recommend her from the bottom of my heart ???
M	Michaela Deon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorab - ich habe noch niemals einer Ordination einen Stern gegeben, bzw kann ich die Ordination nicht beurteilen, sondern lediglich das geführte Gespräch! Ich gebe einen Stern für die Dame am Telefon. Einen Schmerzpatienten eine Woche auf einen Termin warten zu lassen finde ich nicht in Ordnung mit der Aussage "Wir sind schon doppelt belegt bei jedem freien Termin". Ausdrücklich möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass ich die Arbeit der Ärztin nicht beurteilen kann, da wir einfach keinen Termin bekamen. Die negative Bewertung bezieht sich lediglich auf die arrogante Art und Weise wie man als Schmerzpatient am Telefon abgespeist wird. Wir hätten auch eine Wartezeit von 4 Stunden gerne in Kauf genommen. First of all - I have never given an ordination a star, or I cannot judge the ordination, but only the conversation that was held! I give one star for the lady on the phone. I don't think it's okay to make a pain patient wait a week for an appointment with the statement "We're already booked twice for every free appointment". I would like to expressly point out that I cannot judge the doctor's work because we simply did not get an appointment. The negative rating only refers to the arrogant way in which pain patients are fobbed off on the phone. We would have gladly accepted a waiting time of 4 hours.

Aufgrund einiger Bewertungen sehen ich mich veranlasst, meine aktuelle Erfahrung mitzuteilen. Nach telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme mit der Assistentin bekam ich nach Schilderung meiner Beschwerden tags darauf einen Termin. Im Warteraum bekam ich mit, dass ALLE Telefongespräche von der Sprechstundenhilfe äußerst freundlich und mit dem offensichtlichen Bemühen um Erledigung der Patientenwünsche abgewickelt wurden. Frau Dr, Beranek selbst empfängt mich freundlich, untersucht mich gewissenhaft und erklärt für mich verständlich meine Krankheit und die damit einhergehende Therapievorschläge Diese Ärztin und ihr Team kann ich ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen. Sieglinde Schwarz I have been with Dr. Beranek to the patient's complete satisfaction. Based on some reviews, I feel compelled to share my current experience. After contacting the assistant by phone, I got an appointment the next day after describing my complaints. In the waiting room I noticed that ALL phone calls were handled by the office hours helper in an extremely friendly manner and with an obvious effort to deal with the patient's wishes. Dr, Beranek herself welcomes me in a friendly manner, examines me conscientiously and explains my illness and the associated therapy proposals in an understandable way.
