Wartezeiten extrem lang. Telefonisch kommt man nie durch, nach ca. 30x vielleicht, 2 Assistentin die immer rauchen gehen ist hier ein Manko und macht grantig
Excellent doctor, unfortunately too many patients.
Waiting times extremely long. You can never get through on the phone, after about 30x maybe, 2 assistants who always go out for a smoke is a shortcoming here and makes you grumpy

Die Ärztin ist sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit. Gehe seit 5 Jahren zu ihr. Leider nimmt sie in letzter Zeit viel zu viele Patienten dran, Wartezeiten werden immer länger, Anrufen funktioniert nicht bzw. man kommt nie durch. Organisatorisch wirds hier aufwändiger und die Mitarbeiter sind dann auch gestresst, merkt man.
Too many patients
The doctor is very competent and helpful. Have been going to her for 5 years. Unfortunately, she has been taking on far too many patients lately, waiting times are getting longer, calls don't work or you never get through. Organizationally, it becomes more complex here and the employees are then also stressed, you can tell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empfang ist zwar halbwegs höfflich, jedoch wurde ich heute nicht aufgenommen obwohl ich die einzige person da war, 40 minuten vor dem schließen der ordination und daher musste ich 30 min weiter fahren damit ich meinen krankenstand aufmachen darf, daher habe ich mich überhaupt nicht gzt aufgehoben gefühlt und wechsle meinen arzt daher.
Reception is halfway polite, but today I was not admitted even though I was the only person there, 40 minutes before the ordination closed and therefore I had to drive on for 30 minutes so that I can open my sick leave, so I did not save myself at all felt and therefore change my doctor.
