Engagierte Ärztin, freundliche Sprechstundenhilfe, unkomplizierte Annahme (einfach hinkommen), trotzdem sind die Wartezeiten sehr akzeptabel. Fühle mich sehr gut betreut, als Hausärztin ist sie nur zu empfehlen! I can only agree with the previous speaker! Dedicated doctor, friendly receptionist, uncomplicated acceptance (easy to get there), but the waiting times are very acceptable. Feel very well cared for, as a family doctor she is only recommended!
M	Martin Bieger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für mich der letzte Arztbesuch dort. Ich wurde übers Wochenende krank und war erst um 11:30 (Anmeldeschluss 11:00), da ich die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen konnte. Das Wartezimmer war leer, bis auf eine Person, welche jedoch von den Empfangsdamen vedient wurde. Ich wurde gebeten doch morgen wieder zukommen, da es ja Regeln gibt. Als ich sagte, dass sich die Krankheit auch nicht an Regeln hält, ich am WE krank wurde und ich mir von meinem Hausarzt eig. schon erwarte, dass er mich 2 Minuten anschauen kann und mir Medikamente verschreibt - keine Reaktion. Somit Thema erledigt! For me the last doctor visit there. I got sick over the weekend and was not until 11:30 (registration deadline 11:00) because I could not sleep all night. The waiting room was empty, except for one person who was served by the receptionists. I was asked to come back tomorrow, as there are rules. Bis zu einem kürzlichen Wohnsitzwechsel in ein anderes Bundesland war sie jahrelang die Hausärztin von meiner Frau und mir, und wir fühlten uns stets gut behandelt. Frau Dr. Zimmer war uns auf Anhieb sympathisch. Sie geht empathisch auf Patienten und ihre Bedürfnisse ein. Trotz der in einer Kassenordination naturgemäß nicht inflationär vorhandenen Zeit fühlt man sich nicht schnell-schnell abgefertigt. Das ist nicht überall so. Davor waren wir bei einem anderen Arzt, waren dort jedoch nicht ganz zufrieden. Der Wechsel zu Frau Dr. Zimmer hat sich in mehrerlei Hinsicht als deutliche Verbesserung erwiesen, vor Allem in puncto Freundlichkeit sowie Wartezeiten, aber auch durch die hellen, freundlichen Räumlichkeiten und meist gute Parkmöglichkeit. Da mein Arbeitsplatz in der Nähe liegt, bin ich nach wie vor immer wieder in Ihrer Praxis aufgrund der "pendlerfreundlichen" Ordinationszeiten. Von mir eine klare Empfehlung! Abgesehen davon, dass man nicht aus Jux und Dollerei zum Arzt geht, sondern weil man Schmerzen hat, krank ist und Hilfe benötigt, ist es für mich nicht nachvollziehbar, wie man Patienten, die nicht zu den Eigenen zählen, extra darauf hinweist, das es sich NICHT um einen Notfall handelt und man daher auch nicht behandelt wird sondern zum eigenen Hausarzt gehen soll, wenn der wieder da ist. Medikamente wurden gerade noch verschrieben. Ohne Worte!! Keine Empfehlung. My family doctor was on vacation and the agency had already closed. Frau Dr. Zimmer hört sich die komplette Krankengeschichte an, ohne zu unterbrechen oder abzuwürgen! (was ich leider nur so kenne von ÄrztenInnen) Sie achtet auch auf die Wünsche und Bedürfnisse ihrer PatientenInnen! Eine großartige und einfühlsame, tolle Ärztin! Ich habe immer gute Erfahrungen mit dem kompletten Ordinationsteam gemacht! Weiter so ❤ Miss Dr. Zimmer is one of the friendliest doctors I know. Even the welcome is very warm and always with a smile on his face ❤. Miss Dr. Room sounds the complete medical history, without interrupting or strangling! (which unfortunately I only know from doctors) She also pays attention to the wishes and needs of her patients! A great and empathetic, great doctor!
