Hier wird noch der Mensch behandelt, keine anonyme Massenabfertigung. Solche Ärzte findet man sonst kaum noch! Liebevoller, einfühlsamer Umgang mit Kindern und Erwachsenen. Danke, Danke, Danke für so viel Engagement ❤❤❤ Great doctors! Both father and daughter. Excellent diagnosticians, including social skills, very close to the patient. Here people are still treated, no anonymous mass processing. Such doctors are hard to find anywhere else! Loving, empathetic interaction with children and adults. M	Monika Jovanovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhöflich bis zum geht nicht mehr !! Dame am Empfang (17.02.) unbefriedigt eindeutig. Leider Kind 9Monate alt Krank geworden fiebert auf alle 3h kommt man hin schmeisst sie einem eine Maske hin als hätte man ihr 20€ aus der Tasche gezogen ( wir sind alle menschen und es kommt vor das man sie vergisst). Man ruft an niemand hebt ab oder es läutet nicht mal dann kommt man hin wird so schön empfangen sagt man leider keinen Termin fängt sie an einem eine Predig zu halten von wegen anrufen uns sie ist seit 7h da. Ob man einen Termin hat oder nicht man wartet IMMER. So ich sage ihr das der kleine Fieber hat schickt man uns auf den gang raus ich sage er hat Fieber sie meinte ja trotzdem ???? Dann steht man draußen im kalten Gang und wartet unendlich lang bis wir uns dann nicht umgedreht haben und ins Spital gefahren sind. Ich muss dazu sagen das die Dame die am Schalter gesessen ist immer so unfreundlich und hochnäsig ist. Entweder etwas einfallen lassen bei Kindern die Fieber haben das man nicht am Gang steht oder keine Kinder nehmen. Rude to the point of no more !! Lady at reception (17.02.) clearly unsatisfied. Unfortunately, a child who is 9 months old has become ill and has a fever every 3 hours you come and she throws a mask at you as if you had pulled €20 out of your pocket (we are all human and it happens that you forget her). You call nobody picks it up or it doesn't even ring then you come there is received so nicely you say unfortunately no appointment she starts to give a sermon about calling us she's been there for 7 hours. Whether you have an appointment or not, you ALWAYS wait. So I tell her that the little one has a fever, we are sent out into the hallway, I say he has a fever, she said anyway ???? Then you stand outside in the cold aisle and wait forever until we haven't turned around and gone to the hospital. I have to say that the lady who sat at the counter is always so unfriendly and snooty. Either come up with something for children who have a fever that you don't stand in the aisle or don't take children.
