Ich war auf der Suche nach einem neuen Arzt/Ärztin, also rief ich in der Ordination an. Die Dame am Telefon bestätigte mir das die Ärztin noch neue Patienten nimmt, sie bat mich alle mir zur Verfügung stehenden Befunde nach Möglichkeit beim ersten Besuch mitzubringen. Daraufhin brachte ich alles mit was ich finden konnte, die Anmeldung ging sehr schnell. Die Ärztin hörte sich geduldig meine Anliegen an und bat mich die Befunde bis zum nächsten Besuch dazulassen damit sie sich in Ruhe ein Bild machen könnte. Ich bin froh das ich die Ärztin gefunden habe und kann sie nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Excellent, the doctor is very competent, friendly, patient and to the point. I was looking for a new doctor, so I called the office. The lady on the phone confirmed to me that the doctor was still taking new patients, and asked me to bring all the findings that were available to me when possible on the first visit. Then I brought everything I could find, the registration went very quickly. The doctor patiently listened to my concerns and asked me to leave the findings until the next visit so that she could get an idea of the situation in peace. I am glad that I found the doctor and I can only warmly recommend her.

Sowohl die Dame am Empfang, als auch die Frau Doktor haben eine witzige, sympathische Art und beide sind sehr höflich und kompetent. I feel very well looked after in this ordination. Both the lady at reception and the doctor have a funny, personable manner and both are very polite and competent.

At first I interpreted her direct manner as a lack of empathy, but in the course of our doctor-patient relationship I learned that her medical competence and diagnostic experience paired with her direct and clear message are far more beneficial to me than charming descriptions. Therefore I appreciate Ms. Dr. Nowatschek as a doctor and can recommend her with conviction.
