★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War sehr unfreundlich zu meiner Tochter, weil sie über ein Jahr nicht zur Kontrolle meldete. Meine Schwiegermutter bekam einen Termin an einem Tag als er keine Ordination hatte. 30 km Fahrt- geschlossene Ordination-30km wieder retour, alles umsonst!!!
 Was very rude to my daughter because she did not report for inspection for over a year. My mother-in-law got an appointment on a day when he was not ordained. 30 km trip - closed ordination-30km back, all for free !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gut organisierte Ordination, d.h. kurze Wartezeiten. Freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen. Ich schätze Dr. Wicks ruhige und kompetente Art. Erklärt mir immer ganz genau, welche Untersuchungen warum notwendig und wichtig sind. Fühle mich sehr gut betreut.
Well organized ordination, i.e. short waiting times. Friendly staff. I appreciate Dr. Wicks calm and competent manner. Always explains to me exactly which examinations are necessary and why. I feel very well looked after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Damen an der Rezeption und die Dame welche die Voruntersuchung gemacht haben waren alle super freundlich .
Das kann man vom Dr. leider nicht behaupten. Mein Auge war geschwollen und ich hatte ein Gerstenkorn. Er hat sich 2 min genommen und mir dabei das Gefühl gegeben, dass das Aufsuchen eines Augenarztes deshalb nicht nötig ist. Kann auch gut sein, aber die Art und Weise wie man sowas übermittelt spielt auch ne Rolle. Fazit: Bin mit einem unguten Gefühl da raus und komme nicht wieder.
The ladies at the reception and the lady who did the preliminary examination were all super friendly.
You can tell from Dr. unfortunately do not claim. My eye was swollen and I had a stye. He took 2 minutes and gave me the feeling that there was no need to see an ophthalmologist. Can also be good, but the way you convey something also plays a role. Conclusion: I got out with a bad feeling and won't be back.
