★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Time to recycle the receptionists. After receiving the vaccine journal today, I noticed that the vaccinations received were reported on the wrong page, making it look like I had received a different set of vaccinations. I asked for an explanation, but the receptionist replied that it doesn´t matter and that I should just pay. Obviously I refused to pay and we started a discussion, until the doctor came and gave me reason. Expect to pay premium and be treated like a pig.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Major bone loss because the doctor does not care about his patients. I've been to this clinic for 3 years now, and only today I've learned that back in 2017, when I did my first blood test at the clinic, the result showed that I had extreme vitamin d deficiency. At the time, the doctor prescribed me a vitamin d pill but never showed me the test result, nor stress the importance of vitamin d to me or inform me that my vitamin D level is so low that I should come back to do another exam in a month or so. 2 years gone by, I've done blood test in between and was never checked vitamin D again. I only took low dosage vitamin D supplements that I bought myself over the years because the doctor failed to mention the importance of my test results. Last month, I am told that I have 40% bone loss in my jaw by the dentist so I was sent to do a blood and hormone test again, that's how I learned my vitamin D level is still low as I've only started taking a higher dosage supplements a month ago. I am extremely disappointed by the doctor who reviewed my test result 2 years ago. I've had a few better doctors sometimes at the clinic, but more often than not they just want to get rid of you because your health problem is not their health problem.
