t	tups c on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man wartet ewig auch wenn man einen Termin hat. İch hatte einen Termin ausgemacht um 16:00 Uhr erst ca. um 17:05 wurde ich zur Kontrolle gerufen. Das Terminmanagememt fehlt einfach und hoffe, dass es behoben wird. Für die, die es eilig haben ist es weniger emfehlenswert. You wait forever even if you have an appointment. I had made an appointment at 4:00 p.m. I was only called at around 5:05 p.m. for a check-up. The appointment management is simply missing and I hope it will be fixed. For those in a hurry it is less recommendable.
K	Kristina Mujakovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wartezeit = Katastrophe!!!! Auch wenn man Termin hat. Mindestens 2 Stunden. Wir waren 5 mal da, immer wieder das gleiche. Ich gehe nie mehr dorthin. Waiting time = disaster !!!! Even if you have an appointment. At least 2 hours. We were there 5 times, always the same. I never go there anymore.
T	Theresia Rietzke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um Missverständnisse aufzuheben: In Zeiten von Corona ist das Team sehr bemüht nicht zu viele Patienten gleichzeitig innerhalb der Ordination zu haben, um unsere Patienten zu schützen, man darf nicht vergessen das jeder egal ob getestet/nicht getestet oder geimpft eine Ordination in Anspruch nehmen darf. Daher ist es wichtig sich telefonisch anzumelden, sofern dies möglich ist und pünktlich zu seinem Termin zu erscheinen. Termine für Kinder sind auch nur zu gewissen Zeiten möglich da unsere Kollegin die dafür zuständig ist nicht den ganzen Tag anwesend ist. Bitte geben sie uns auch bekannt ob sie einen Befund (Pflegegeld oder für andere Ärzte)/eine spezielle Untersuchung wie zb diabetische Funduskontrolle/OCT oder Führerscheingutachten/Kontaktlinsen/Polizeibewerbung etc. brauchen, bitte teilen Sie uns auch mit wenn sie akute Beschwerden haben, denn je genauer wir wissen für was genau sie einen Termin brauchen um so besser können wir koordinieren und Missverständnissen vorbeugen. Denn bei 30.000 Patienten die unsere Patientenkartei umfasst, ist es uns leider nicht möglich über jeden Patienten auswendig Bescheid zu wissen. Im letzten Jahr haben wir viel organisatorisch geändert, was dazu führt das wenn sich alle daran halten es kaum noch Wartezeiten gibt. Bitte liebe Patienten haben sie für uns Verständnis denn wir geben unser Bestes. In the last year we have changed a lot organizationally, which means that if everyone adheres to them, there are hardly any waiting times. Please, dear patients, understand us because we are doing our best.

Eine sehr kurze Wartezeit und eine sehr gute Behandlung waren nachfolgend. Ich bedanke mich herzlichst bei der Frau Doktor Kresz und ihrem Team. After an acute case I needed a follow-up check with an ophthalmologist and got an appointment straight away. A very short waiting time and very good treatment followed.
